“Had an excellent experience today at Canadian tire, Steinbach location. By a young gentleman, Kalem. He was very approachable and more than happy to help. He has excellent customer service! He was so friendly, knowledgable and helpful! They had moved some seasonal swim stock to the back of the warehouse and Kalem went out of his way to go in the back to retrieve what I needed, for a last minute swim cation! Thanks Kalem, it’s hard workers like you who deserve recognition, praise and a raise! 11/10 service. Keep up the great work! I hope this finds you.”
