“What a great place. The employees all seem to enjoy working there and are knowledgeable about their products.
They excel in watermelons but also have a great selection of fruits, vegetables and ready to grill meats”
“Lots of delicious food from Europe! Big choice of food from Ukraine, Russia, Latvia ets. Smoked fish, meats, grains, tea, cookies, candies, canned goods and lots of other grocery. Friendly and helpful owner and staff. Some stuff for making barbeque kind of "shashlik" is sold there. We regularly coming to Kolos and each time it is very positive experience!”
“Staff friendly store is clean and well organized, only flaw, staple groceries like bread and milk especially milk is more expensive compared to orher retailers example milk at one retailer sells for 5.42 where as, at CO- OP IT'S 6.50 & up even their bread is .40 -.50. cents more, produce is relatively the same but name brand items tend to be a few cents even as much as ten cent higher, as its understandable for some of these, but milk, bread, sugar, butter as a whole are part of our daily routines they actually could and should be lower to bring people into the store .As Im just a few blocks from the grocery store I would rather travel a kilometer or 2 for my staples as i also know I will end up picking other items I need or want than to walk a few blocks just for milk or bread etc. I might use a liter of gas compared to picking up the same things in CO OP and paying over that amount”
“Great selection of good products for a fair price. Good sales often happen in the middle of the week. I don’t like, however, how they trick you into thinking something is on sale with yellow price tags even though the price isn’t any different.”
“Heeeey Amigooos Grate service and products.Every time we need Mexican Products that's where we go from Portage la Prairie everything is cheaper we always buy 50lbs of Maseca Thank you Sunny Day”
