“Brought in our Honda Pilot for an MPI claim as well as paint peeling on the roof, tailgate, and rust on driver side door (not part of insurance claim). Josh explained the process and best way to fix the paint peeling without breaking the bank. When I picked it up 4 days later, the Pilot was washed and vacuumed head to toe. The end result looks fantastic. The blend of new paint to existing paint is seamless (three stage pearl white). I had a minor issue in the end and Josh said to bring it back. They rectified it as best they could. Thoroughly happy with the results and overall customer service.”

“We were side swiped, hit and run, during our vacation in BC and our driver door and driver side passenger were smashed. Manager Michael, J. And crew at Boyd on Nairn went above and beyond to ensure our truck was fixed to our satisfaction. They did a spot-on paint job and you would not even know that the two doors have been replaced. Before leaving, I did inspect the work done thoroughly. I am incredibly particular and noticed there was a small piece of rubber missing between the interior door and window which I brought to the Michael’s attention. Michael found the part, ordered it, scheduled me for a second visit to their shop, and had the piece installed. When I picked up the truck the second time, it was cleaner than when I dropped it and they washed the exterior. What I appreciate most is that Michael provided me with the reassurance that if any other issues come up in the future with the work they've done, they will address it without extra cost. “I went into carstar on Henderson to get a quote on my hail damage..They don't do quotes there..they would take the vehicle...in this case,I drove..over to their big facility on Dugald road ..It's very large..just west of plessis.Prompt courteous service..In about a half hour the car was in and out of the shop and a preliminary estimate was done..to be confirmed after mpic is done the strike..A very easy experience..everyone was very professional..”
