“I contacted Maaco for an estimate to repair my car’s inner fender. The supervisor I spoke with was friendly and helpful, and asked me to come by the next day. When I arrived, he had an employee repair the fender right away because he understood I needed to get back on the road quickly. The service was fast and efficient, and the repair has held up well with no issues since. I was very impressed by the prompt, professional customer service and will continue bringing my vehicle to Maaco. Thank you very much you guys for all your help! Much appreciated!”

“Just left a yelp review as well. I partly live here in Winnipeg and use my son in laws car which was filthy including blueberry smoothie stains on the inside roof which is pale grey in colour. They exceeded my expectations the stains were gone they worked around leaving the toddlers car seats in place, because I wasn’t sure about reinstalling them. The pricing was so reasonable. I’m thrilled”

“I have been using Ken’s services for years as have all my friends. His customer service and quality of work have always been outstanding. But when I brought in my Yamaha 212X boat for detailing I was blown away by the final product. I never thought my boat would look so good again. Thank you Ken!”

“Great car wash. I wash my vehicles quite a bit and appreciate everything provided, good soap, equipment and the large parking lot that provides ample space to dry vehicles. Bonus is buying the pre loaded card for the washes, just swipe and go, huge time saver. I'm booking a detail and deep clean next, as I had no idea they even offered it. Friendly staff doesn't hurt either.”

“To Mr. Paanoh, In response to your complaint, I would like to state that the staff at this car wash have always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I have been using this car wash for almost 10 years, and I have never experienced any problems with the staff. It is also common sense that when there is a lineup outside the car wash, customers have two options if they wish to dry their car: either leave the bay or continue drying while the meter is running. Holding up the line is unfair to other customers who are waiting. I personally saw and heard the entire conversation between you, Mr. Paanoh, and the staff member working last night. The employee remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction. On the other hand, you became aggressive, raised your voice, and attempted to intimidate the staff by saying you would not leave the wash even though there was a lineup and your time had already expired. It is unfair to now blame the staff for this situation when they acted professionally and appropriately.”

“I usually use coins to wash my vehicle and it typically costs me about $6-8 dollars. This morning I forgot my change so I used a credit card. After washing my SUV I had to make sure the knob on the dial was in the OFF position and then I pressed Stop on the other side where the credit card is swiped. I was surprised to see that the initial charge to my credit card was $15. However, after a few hours the charge was reduced to $8. It would seem that the $15 was maybe a pre-authorization charge or something until the actual charge could be processed and posted. I only go to this car wash so I don’t know how $8 compares to other places. It would be nice if there was some signage indicating the charge per minute. I’ve been going here for years and I’m still happy with this place.”

“I don’t like to put up negative reviews but for the amount they charge for a carwash, it’s just terrible. How can they miss such huge stains? Hopefully they do better in future. Best wishes. Update: After the review I was contacted instantly by Stefan. He assured me that this will be resolved and sure it did. Met Dillon at the carwash and he made sure that the car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. My suggestion if you have any stains please let them know in advance so they can work on it. Overall all it was a good experience. Thanks again both of you guys.”
