“I had a bronze detailing done today. I have to wonder what a gold might look like because they did an absolutely amazing job on the interior of the car in only a couple of hours. Not even a speck of dirt or needles left from the Christmas tree I had transported in the trunk. I am very impressed and will be recommending them to everyone. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Not only did they drive me back home and then pick me up again when the car was done but they left me a Starbucks gift card. “Just left a yelp review as well. I partly live here in Winnipeg and use my son in laws car which was filthy including blueberry smoothie stains on the inside roof which is pale grey in colour. They exceeded my expectations the stains were gone they worked around leaving the toddlers car seats in place, because I wasn’t sure about reinstalling them. The pricing was so reasonable. I’m thrilled”

“To Mr. Paanoh,
In response to your complaint, I would like to state that the staff at this car wash have always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I have been using this car wash for almost 10 years, and I have never experienced any problems with the staff.
It is also common sense that when there is a lineup outside the car wash, customers have two options if they wish to dry their car: either leave the bay or continue drying while the meter is running. Holding up the line is unfair to other customers who are waiting.
I personally saw and heard the entire conversation between you, Mr. Paanoh, and the staff member working last night. The employee remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction. On the other hand, you became aggressive, raised your voice, and attempted to intimidate the staff by saying you would not leave the wash even though there was a lineup and your time had already expired.
It is unfair to now blame the staff for this situation when they acted professionally and appropriately.”
“Over the years we have brought several of our fleet and personal vehicles to Ming for detailing, polishing and window tints. And just this week they squeezed in another vehicle for us on very short notice. I am always impressed with their ability to correct paint imperfections and making our cars look better than new.

“This is an excellent car wash. The options are great (different waxes and finishes which last weeks after the wash) and I don't always have change so the card reader is a huge convenience. I never find the soap is chincy and it is always a great amount to coat and remove grease and dust. The pressure is strong so washing is faster than some other places I've been.”

“I usually use coins to wash my vehicle and it typically costs me about $6-8 dollars. This morning I forgot my change so I used a credit card. After washing my SUV I had to make sure the knob on the dial was in the OFF position and then I pressed Stop on the other side where the credit card is swiped.
I was surprised to see that the initial charge to my credit card was $15. However, after a few hours the charge was reduced to $8. It would seem that the $15 was maybe a pre-authorization charge or something until the actual charge could be processed and posted.
I only go to this car wash so I don’t know how $8 compares to other places.
It would be nice if there was some signage indicating the charge per minute. I’ve been going here for years and I’m still happy with this place.”
“It’s my birthday and I got a text message for a free silver car wash the whole process was stress free right from when drove in my car till when the washing was completed! Kudos to al your staff what a way to celebrate my birthday”

“I don’t like to put up negative reviews but for the amount they charge for a carwash, it’s just terrible. How can they miss such huge stains? Hopefully they do better in future. Best wishes.
Update:
After the review I was contacted instantly by Stefan. He assured me that this will be resolved and sure it did. Met Dillon at the carwash and he made sure that the car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. My suggestion if you have any stains please let them know in advance so they can work on it. Overall all it was a good experience. Thanks again both of you guys.”
“I did not get her name but they woman working here Friday evening Aug 8 is phenomenal. She was very friendly and helpful, and she seemed to know all the customers. She was working hard the entire time I was there and way nicer than the other guys that have been working there before . Would definitely come back”
