“I recently had some paint and clear coat work done at this shop
First, my truck is 20 years old and I was worried about them being able to match the paint since the entire vehicle was not being painted The paint match was absolutely flawless. They painted the hood the driver’s door and blended both fenders and the extended cab door was also blended on the driver side you couldn’t even tell the price was very reasonable and not only that I was supplied with a rental car for almost 8 days at no charge. Dealing with Ronnie was an absolute pleasure. He’s very personable and professional and easy to talk to hats off to the entire staff at finish first auto body for their first class service !!!”
“Josh is a miracle worker. He remembered my parents coming in with the car just by looking at it and got a giant scratch out perfectly. For a minor other issue he didn’t try to upsell me, just told me where to go to buy the cheapest possible glue to fix it myself but if I really wanted to replace it was more than happy to. Amazing service.”
“I had a bronze detailing done today. I have to wonder what a gold might look like because they did an absolutely amazing job on the interior of the car in only a couple of hours. Not even a speck of dirt or needles left from the Christmas tree I had transported in the trunk. I am very impressed and will be recommending them to everyone. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Not only did they drive me back home and then pick me up again when the car was done but they left me a Starbucks gift card. “The team here is fantastic. I came in with a small scratch/scuff on my door and asked if they could buff it out. They handled it in just a few minutes and didn’t even charge me, which was such a nice surprise. Everyone I spoke with was genuinely friendly and had a great attitude—it made the whole experience easy and stress-free. “To Mr. Paanoh,
In response to your complaint, I would like to state that the staff at this car wash have always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I have been using this car wash for almost 10 years, and I have never experienced any problems with the staff.
It is also common sense that when there is a lineup outside the car wash, customers have two options if they wish to dry their car: either leave the bay or continue drying while the meter is running. Holding up the line is unfair to other customers who are waiting.
I personally saw and heard the entire conversation between you, Mr. Paanoh, and the staff member working last night. The employee remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction. On the other hand, you became aggressive, raised your voice, and attempted to intimidate the staff by saying you would not leave the wash even though there was a lineup and your time had already expired.
It is unfair to now blame the staff for this situation when they acted professionally and appropriately.”
“I have been using Ken’s services for years as have all my friends. His customer service and quality of work have always been outstanding. But when I brought in my Yamaha 212X boat for detailing I was blown away by the final product. I never thought my boat would look so good again.

“This is an excellent car wash. The options are great (different waxes and finishes which last weeks after the wash) and I don't always have change so the card reader is a huge convenience. I never find the soap is chincy and it is always a great amount to coat and remove grease and dust. The pressure is strong so washing is faster than some other places I've been.”

“I usually use coins to wash my vehicle and it typically costs me about $6-8 dollars. This morning I forgot my change so I used a credit card. After washing my SUV I had to make sure the knob on the dial was in the OFF position and then I pressed Stop on the other side where the credit card is swiped.
I was surprised to see that the initial charge to my credit card was $15. However, after a few hours the charge was reduced to $8. It would seem that the $15 was maybe a pre-authorization charge or something until the actual charge could be processed and posted.
I only go to this car wash so I don’t know how $8 compares to other places.
It would be nice if there was some signage indicating the charge per minute. I’ve been going here for years and I’m still happy with this place.”
“I had the best experience at this location. Carlos, the manager was wonderful at addressing my concern after a recent wash. He went above and beyond offering to have his detailer fix some scratches. Zach was the detailer and provided just as amazing service. He was fast, friendly and wonderful to deal with! I’d highly recommend this location as well as Zach and Carlos!”
“I’ve been to many places in the city to have my vehicle cleaned inside and out and this is by far the best location. I truly felt the staff cared to do a proper clean. Management seems on top of everything here and I truly appreciate that.”
