Professional, friendly a bit pricey but isn't everything?

I went knowing what I wanted from looking on the site. I asked a worker if they had them in store and she found exactly what I wanted. I tried them on and bought them. The entire experience took maybe 5 minutes. I definitely left a happy customer.

I didn't catch her name but the female employee who helped me at the till around 3ish on New Years eve was so kind and respectful, she had great customer service skills :)
I will for sure be back here if i ever need another pair of shoes
