“Came in to get a new driver with a potential trade in to off set pricing. As a new golfer the whole thought was intimidating but the staff specifically Darrin was extremely helpful. I had my eye on the latest Paradym driver and had an idea of the cost that I would need to pay. Once we discussed the situation Darrin got me set up with the test machine in the back and gave me the idea of what numbers meant on the charts. I had better outcome with the prior generation and Darrin explained why that was the case. Once all was said and done he got me set up with a prior generation driver unlike other outfitters that will try and push the most expensive. He had also given me a very reasonable price on a staff bag I brought in. In the end I'm very pleased and will do future business and tell all my friends and co workers to as wellthank you so much!”

We also purchased a pair of gloves that we eventually exchanged, since it had a tear inside one of the gloves. No questions asked, the staff exchanged it for a brand new pair. Very satisfied with their customer service!”

“I bought a cross country skis, boots, poles, and a pair of ski pants from this store. I was pleased with of the gear they set me up with. I received a hand-written invoice during the transaction, and was surprised to see a busy store, selling high-end products still doing sales the old-fashioned way. When I got home, I realized the ski pants were too big. I was able to exchange the item for a smaller pair by shipping with Canada Post. The store did not charge me for shipping. I thought the store has good selection and the staff are knowledgeable. Overall, i was happy with with experience and would shop there again.”
