It was more expensive than the one I was looking at and I actually liked it better when I sat in it. Omar dropped the price of the chairs to match the ones I was originally looking at. Great service! He also encouraged us to take home several fabric samples so we could see them in our own space and lighting, which was so helpful.
What we appreciated most was the complete lack of pressure—Preston focused on sharing his expertise and supporting us in finding what truly worked for us, rather than pushing a sale. This was such a refreshing change compared to other stores we visited, where we felt pressured to buy on the spot in order to get a “deal.”
Everyone at this location was great to work with, and we were also given free delivery. The delivery and setup team was fantastic as well. We just received our couch and absolutely love our purchase.”

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I purchased this couch three years ago expecting it to last, especially given the $3,000 price. Since then, three of the legs have broken off, which is unacceptable for something in this price range. When I reached out to customer service, they only offered $150 toward repairs ,far from reasonable given the situation. I bought this couch for its supposed quality and durability, but it hasn’t lived up to that at all. I hope the company takes accountability and improves their product and support moving forward.”

“Was looking for a mechanical bed for my senior mother and the service was amazing and she even researched beds that were on clearance. This was a huge savings for my mom. Would highly recommend looking for a bed here. They also offer discounts on extended warranty and mattress protector when purchasing a full bed and frame. The warranty is directly through sleep country. The delivery service was fantastic as well. Worth the delivery charge.”
