“Good old fashioned customer service that is considerate, courteous and kind from the manager, clerks and delivery person. Placed a large meat order which they price matched with one of the larger grocery store chains. They packaged it to size in vacuum sealed bags, froze them for us and delivered to our location right on time! I don’t live in the neighborhood but I will take my large order business here going forward. Beats Costco any day!”
“This store has some decent prices on certain items. My main go to. Staff, for the most part, are fun, kind and actually say hello when you come to pay. There is one older cashier who is a bit more um... "starchy". But when I see her, I go to the self check out to avoid her.”
“Bread's cheaper here than freshco, no frills, superstore & wal-mart. That's almost enough by itself for me. Other staple foods are comparable or cheaper than the big grocer's as well, and most definitely less than the other bodega's around. Throw in the fact that the owner is the kindest man in this neighbourhood? Y'all missin out if you pass this place up. He gives you a lil piece of candy when you buy stuff too ???”
“Everyday grocery is always a good option for Bangladeshi fish, spices and vegetables. Though their quality of chicken is no longer the best. I don’t recommend their beef either.”
“Great staff, always has things I need that I can't find anywhere else. It may be a korean store but my Japanese grandmother always sent us here for groceries. Prices are a little higher than Luckys or other bigger asian groceries but its location is super convenient for those in saint james. Their short life produce like green onions and bean sprouts are always way fresher and much better looking than anything you can get at Safeway or superstore.”
“Good store. Not a bad choice of goods. There are Ukrainian products (Roshen candies, Kiev cake, buckwheat and others), Of the minuses for me, in this store, there is often an absence of goods on the shelf from my grocery basket.”

“I frequently visit this store to purchase maduritos plantain chips. The store owners are quite friendly. I arrive at 9 a.m. or 8:55 a.m. because I need to get to work. And they used to allow me in early all the time. The prices for all of the ingredients they sell are really reasonable. With grocery prices rising, I recommend that you go to the shop for all of your African needs. They contain the vast majority of the items I require.”

“Don’t walk, run to this locally owned business. The best customer service I’ve seen from most mom and pop shops. The owners are the most hospitable people I’ve met. Today I went in to get some groceries, a lady was Infront of me with her kid, who picked up a small toy that wasn’t on sale, the owner lady saw the little kid playing with it and even tho the mother insisted paying for the toy, the owner give the toy to the little kid for free. This is a welcoming and very cute shop. Definitely a place to be spending your money instead of these big chains.”

“This was my first visit. I have lived here all my life and love greek food. I really liked how you could order a small amount to taste it before you commit to a larger portion to take home and cook. The chicken souvaki, lemon potatoes, the greek rice, greek salad were a hit.”
