“Called the store last night to talk to someone about some parts I had bought for my trailer recently. Over the phone “Kent“ was incredibly helpful and explained to me that there was probably a better solution in store. He advised me that he would be in the next day at 1 PM and asked me to stop by and ask for him.
When I arrived, I found Kent immediately and not only did he assist with finding the exact parts required to solve my problem, he was incredibly knowledgable and provided an education on everything I wanted to know related to my trailer and it’s handling.

“I was so totally impressed by the customer service from Adams Supply five stars does not even sufficiently recognize the excellence of their service. I went in with a very unique problem and was looking for a very specific solution. The gentleman who came to the counter to help me spent about 20 minutes looking at all sorts of options and then gave me two rubber well bolts and said this is all we have that might work and if it doesn't just take them and you're no further behind. That man could give lessons in customer service. Kudos to A. Adams Supply.”

“Great selection of almost everything. They have great sales too, you just have to keep your eye out.
I find the staff on the floor to be knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful; however, there are far too few of them out there. Because there are so few out there they are usually tied up with someone, with a slew of other shoppers following them, waiting for their turn. Often I cannot even find someone in the department.
Besides having too few professionals on the floor, the online pick-up lineup is always super long, making buying online actually inconvenient. This is definitely a problem and I’m not the only one it feels this way, just go to the store look at the faces in line waiting to return something, pick-up an online order, or get any customer service help. It might be a little more efficient to actually have a dedicated pick-up location. Yes they have a desk that says online pick-ups, but either no one is at it or the lineup is filled with customers having other issues and/or needs.”
