“Called the store last night to talk to someone about some parts I had bought for my trailer recently. Over the phone “Kent“ was incredibly helpful and explained to me that there was probably a better solution in store. He advised me that he would be in the next day at 1 PM and asked me to stop by and ask for him.
When I arrived, I found Kent immediately and not only did he assist with finding the exact parts required to solve my problem, he was incredibly knowledgable and provided an education on everything I wanted to know related to my trailer and it’s handling.

“My sister and I came into the Empress location looking for light fixtures and at first were disappointed because what she wanted was not on the shelf.We talked to am employee who directed us to another aisle..the overflow area.She did not come with us and everything was high and not visible. Then we met Julia..who went out of her way to assist us.She also helped me with buying a fixture and explained about the different bulbs.She is customer service at its best..she deserves a raise..and no we are not related..Thanks again Julia”

On the last occassion I went looking to replace a sliding patio door that I'd seen online. Turns out it was only available in USA..

“I purchased a custom fit shower door from Dynasty in 2022. The glass side panel shattered in 2024 for no particular reason. Dynasty confirmed the warranty and went to work sourcing a new custom door as the original door was no longer being made. Lisa Besser spent a considerable amount of time sourcing a new door to fit my custom opening all the while keeping me updated on the progress, insuring the door met my approval.
I am very impressed with the customer service and have nothing but great things to say about Dynasty. 5 Stars all the way.”
