I'm not sure who helped me out. I think his name was Michael, but what great customer service! He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with his help when I asked for a suggestion about comfortable safety boots. He explained the different types of safety boots and recommended a comfortable and safe pair.

Was greeted when we walked in the door, but other than that, no one asked if we needed help, shoe section was messy & unorganized and what we purchased was prices incorrectly, although they did honor the lower price.

I went into the store to purchase items since everything was 25% off the regular price. I like Mark's since it has good quality products.
