“I had arrived at in Winnipeg for an executive-level event however the airline delayed delivery of my baggage leaving me without professional attire. Within 1.5 hrs of closing, I attending the store and received the full attention of staff who were made aware of my needs. Considering my packed business attire were high-end custom made brand(s), I expected that I would need to lower my expectations for an off-the-rack last-minute purchase. The staff listened to me and incorporated sizing needs, preference for suit-style and (with what I'm assuming was their solid knowledge of the store's inventory portfolio), pulled a Canali wide-peak lapel single-breasted suit and trousers that were a near-perfect match to my size and style preference I had explained. Staff made arrangements to tailor the garment by store closing (i.e. within 45 min of purchase). I departed the store, returned to my hotel to change and carried on with my planned events.”

I have never had a problem and I congratulate the whole team.Only downside, prices have quadrupled since mid-February, but I imagine that the expedition team has nothing to do with it... “Recently I’d purchased a Suit from Tip Top Tailors. Having Never officially bought a suit before, definitely a new experience! I by no means dress like someone who’d wear a suit. Regular street/urban cloths, work boots Ball Cap, your usual blue collar worker with a reflective jacket! Due to massive weight loss, I went to go and just browse through their stock. Obviously I had a few questions and Danni (Who happens to be the store manager) address them with out judgement. She measured my size and encouraged me to try a few things on. She’d given amazing suggestions which ultimately did lead me to purchasing a suit for an interview I have coming up quick! Not only was SHE single handedly AMAZING at addressing my needs, she was very laid back and supportive! As fore mentioned, I hadn’t chosen right away to pursue the purchase. I had sort of Hummed and Hawd. Took me 2 weeks to pull the trigger and say yes! Partly had to come up with the funds. And for someone who is on disability and works part time as a school bus driver, I managed. They allowed me to put the suit on hold once I realized that I was going to make the purchase and understood that I couldn’t wait if they’d sold out. I’m an easy person to please but difficult to impress. To go into a store and be treated like an equal is rare! Their whole team is amazing and absolutely floored with the excellence of this establishment. Although they’re usually 1-2 staff at a time, they do recognize when you need space and need assistance. Again though their staff is small, they do assist other customers (at the appropriate time) politely and attentively ensure the quality service of a TOP tailored experience! Affordable prices, Quality products, amazing staff… Definitely say they should have a 5 Star review! But you can’t please everyone right! Someone always wants the royal treatment better then the royals themselves get! Looking for a suit… Check out and go with TTT in the North Gate Mall!”

Came in to purchase a new outfit for a wedding, had a few selections to try on but throughout the whole process Shandal kept bringing me different things to try on until we found the right one!
