Had a long day and stopped here on my way back to my hotel, cold and wet and wanting a better jacket.I found one, and the staff were all super helpful and friendly.

Busy store. The staff were nice and helpful.Empty store, you would think that someone would ask if you needed help, rather than having to go and look for someone to assist you. Minus a star.
