“Took my 89 year old mother to get a new chair for her condo. The service we got, especially from out rep there Tristan, was nothing but exceptional. Very satisfied with the whole experience and highly recommend visiting La-Z-Boy and Tristan for any of your future furniture needs.”

“Went in looking for a leather swivel recliner chair on promotion as seen online. Was happy to find it in showroom. Salesperson was friendly and not at all pushy or sales-pitchy. They gave us our space to try things out and offered input when appropriate. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. No muss no fuss!”

“James helped us pick our first new mattress in ten years of marriage! He guided us through the options in a way that made sense, told us what to look for when comparing other options, and didn’t try to oversell us. We went to two other places and the value of the sales approach and the products themselves were not comparable. Thank you James!”

“I bought two twin mattresses (memory foam, 6 inches). They're incredibly comfortable, a good value, and high-quality. The owner was very helpful when picking them out and guiding me toward what I needed and what would be best for my situation. Thank you very much to this fantastic owner. We will be buying our next mattress from this location as well.”

“Mo was great. He was very kind to my dad with listening to what my dad was looking for. He made us aware of the warranty & made sure that we had the mattress protector. We were able to set up delivery for same day, including having removal of the old mattress.”

“I want to give a huge thank you to Ashley D. Our microwave decided to give up on the weekend, and we were completely lost. Not only were we shocked by the prices of microwaves, but the lack of selection from any company (Best buy, Costco, the Brick). We were about to give up until we remembered where we got our sectional from, Dufresne! So we looked, and couldn't find what we were looking for that would fit within our budget, and our measurements. We were about to give up, but I used the live chat and got in contact with Ashley. She wasn't able to connect us with the brand we wanted, but was quick to find us a Samsung that was almost exactly like the LG we were looking at both in dimensions and price. Unfortunately the price we paid was higher than we wanted (The price of everything has gone up), but now we know that this microwave will last hopefully for 10+ years. It's the fanciest thing in our kitchen haha. Ashley knew this was time sensitive and understood that we needed this before the week, she helped expedite the process to ensure the distribution center received our order and processed it asap. I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism and patience from the Dufresne team. Thank you guys and gals again, we will 100% be coming your way next time we need to make a big purchase for any of our rooms! Thank you Ashley!”

“*** UPDATE *** Even though I had a bad experience. See below this text. I want everyone to know that Scott from Kern Hill Decided to make things right. He took the time to talk and yes it took a little while he was able to get us new cushions as a back up once ours wear out and even fill for the back pillow parts of the couch. He wanted to make this correct he even went out of the way and gave us a $150 credit back for all the trouble we had experienced. We are so glad that he was willing to fix this. knowing that he did we are more likely to come back and purchase more as they do have amazing quality of stuff. **Bad Experience** Still waiting on our couch. This company is a failure. They do this every time that we have ordered from them. I ordered our couch July 5th and they told me 2 weeks and it is still not here on Aug 10th. I called at the 2 week mark and they gave me a date of Aug 10th and guess what... Still not here and now they are stating maybe tomorrow. We are from out of town and I told them that I would send my husband there so that they didn't have to hold it long as we are a company and need our couch for our guests. This is truly unfair and un professional at their behavior. Plus they don't even want to do a discount for the situation that they are putting us through. In my company if we make were to make a mistake we own up to it and do everything we can to fix a situation and make it better. I would never recommend them ever again. Now I will NOT give them business and I will go to Ashley Furniture themselves.”

“Just bought our second mattress from Heart Mattress (first one is still great, but decided to upsize from Queen to King). A quality mattress made to order locally in Winnipeg at a price that really can't be beat for what you get for your dollar. Love the zippered top section so that foam can be switched out at home should needs change. They are very easy to deal with and were able to deliver our new mattress fairly quickly with just a couple of phone calls. (Attached picture is the Queen mattress after 1.5 years of daily use by 2 people - still holding up great)”

“I really want to commend and recommend the two gentlemen that delivered my huge sofa and dishwasher. They really went above and beyond for us and I am so sorry I didn't ask for their names again before they left. Super friendly, professional, helpful and determined. I am so happy that they persevered when the Brick would have just given up. Huge thanks to the delivery team!!”

“I went in to the Regent location (with my mom), looking to buy myself a new bed because my box spring had broken & I also wanted to move away from the traditional coil mattress & box spring. I have several health issues & Sara was able to recommend the perfect bed. She had me try multiple mattresses and made sure I tried them in multiple positions. She then found an amazing deal on an adjustable base that was in their warehouse. That had not been on our radar when we walked in, but I’m so grateful she suggested it. The delivery guys were also great. They came in, took out my old mattress & box spring and set up my new bed. They cleaned up after themselves & took the time to explain the basics of how my bed works”

“I recently purchased an adjustable base and mattress from Sleep Country. I walked into the Unicity Store with a list of questions and was greeted by Rae who proceeded to answer all my queries and recommended a unit that she thought would be a good choice for me. I was invited to try out the unit and was very impressed. It didn't take long to make my decision. Rae was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. The base and mattress were delivered today and set up by Andrew and Joe. They were both very considerate, respectful and caring and made sure that everything was to my liking. Their ETA service gave me a good idea when they would arrive so that I was prepared. I received exemplary customer service from Sleep Country and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company if you are considering making a purchase.”

“We recently purchased a modular sectional as well as a patio set From Ashley’s. Our sales person was Raman Who is very personable and had a no pressure sales approach, which is much appreciated. She also advised that some of the items that we were looking at were going to be part of their VIP sale which ended up saving us some money. The transparency and trust did not go unnoticed. We will most definitely be shopping for future items at this location.”
