“Ken and his partner were amazing today. We had a situation with the first tv we ordered where we didn’t receive the cable and once we did, we noticed the tv didn’t work. Today they delivered our replacement. The 2 of them even took it out of the box to make sure it was in wasn’t damaged. I guess the cable accidentally got put in the box for the old tv when they took it back. I called Leon’s and they said I could pick up the cord tomorrow. Ken went out of his way to contact me and even delivered it to me on his own personal time. I’m really grateful we got 2 people who actually took the time to make sure we got good service today!”

“I want to give a huge thank you to Ashley D. Our microwave decided to give up on the weekend, and we were completely lost. Not only were we shocked by the prices of microwaves, but the lack of selection from any company (Best buy, Costco, the Brick). We were about to give up until we remembered where we got our sectional from, Dufresne! So we looked, and couldn't find what we were looking for that would fit within our budget, and our measurements. We were about to give up, but I used the live chat and got in contact with Ashley. She wasn't able to connect us with the brand we wanted, but was quick to find us a Samsung that was almost exactly like the LG we were looking at both in dimensions and price. Unfortunately the price we paid was higher than we wanted (The price of everything has gone up), but now we know that this microwave will last hopefully for 10+ years. It's the fanciest thing in our kitchen haha. Ashley knew this was time sensitive and understood that we needed this before the week, she helped expedite the process to ensure the distribution center received our order and processed it asap. I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism and patience from the Dufresne team. Thank you guys and gals again, we will 100% be coming your way next time we need to make a big purchase for any of our rooms! Thank you Ashley!”

“*** UPDATE *** Even though I had a bad experience. See below this text. I want everyone to know that Scott from Kern Hill Decided to make things right. He took the time to talk and yes it took a little while he was able to get us new cushions as a back up once ours wear out and even fill for the back pillow parts of the couch. He wanted to make this correct he even went out of the way and gave us a $150 credit back for all the trouble we had experienced. We are so glad that he was willing to fix this. knowing that he did we are more likely to come back and purchase more as they do have amazing quality of stuff. **Bad Experience** Still waiting on our couch. This company is a failure. They do this every time that we have ordered from them. I ordered our couch July 5th and they told me 2 weeks and it is still not here on Aug 10th. I called at the 2 week mark and they gave me a date of Aug 10th and guess what... Still not here and now they are stating maybe tomorrow. We are from out of town and I told them that I would send my husband there so that they didn't have to hold it long as we are a company and need our couch for our guests. This is truly unfair and un professional at their behavior. Plus they don't even want to do a discount for the situation that they are putting us through. In my company if we make were to make a mistake we own up to it and do everything we can to fix a situation and make it better. I would never recommend them ever again. Now I will NOT give them business and I will go to Ashley Furniture themselves.”

“I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to the RONA water heater sales representative and installation team who recently helped my family during an unexpected and urgent situation. Yesterday, our home water heater developed a serious leak. The situation was urgent, and we came to RONA to purchase a replacement water heater when there was only about half an hour left before the store closed. The sales representative who assisted us was extremely patient, professional, and responsible. He carefully checked the water heater model with us and went through all the installation details to make sure everything was correct. The process took some time and had already gone beyond his scheduled working hours, but he continued to assist us without hesitation. After learning that our existing water heater was seriously leaking and that we needed an urgent replacement, he went above and beyond to help us. He completed the order and arranged the installation, and he also made every effort to secure an emergency installation service for us. His dedication, kindness, and willingness to help us even after his working hours made a stressful situation much easier for our family. I was also extremely impressed by the installation team. This morning, RONA contacted us very early and quickly arranged for an installation technician to come to our home. At around 10:00 a.m., the technician arrived and immediately dealt with the urgent issue involving our old water heater. The new water heater was then brought to our home, and the installation proceeded promptly. By approximately 2:00 p.m., the entire installation was completed. The speed and efficiency were truly remarkable. I was honestly surprised that such an urgent problem could be resolved so quickly. From our emergency purchase yesterday to the completion of the installation today, the RONA team responded quickly and professionally and resolved our serious water heater leak in just a few hours. During a stressful and unexpected situation, your employees demonstrated outstanding professionalism, efficiency, responsibility, and genuine care for the customer. Their service went far beyond what I expected. Please recognize and commend these employees I would sincerely ask RONA management to formally recognize and commend the sales representative who assisted us, as well as the installation team who responded so quickly and completed the work so efficiently. The sales representative deserves special recognition for staying beyond his scheduled working hours, carefully handling our order, and making every effort to arrange an emergency installation for us. His willingness to help a customer in an urgent situation was truly exceptional. I would also like to recognize the installation team for their prompt response, professionalism, and remarkable efficiency. They arrived early, handled the emergency situation quickly, and completed the entire installation by approximately 2:00 p.m. Employees who demonstrate this level of dedication and customer care are a great asset to RONA. I sincerely hope that management will share this feedback with the employees involved and give them the recognition they deserve. Once again, thank you very much to the RONA water heater sales representative and installation team for your outstanding service. You turned what could have been a very stressful and difficult experience into a smooth and reassuring one.
