Her smile and enthusiasm brought life to every interaction that we both had. However, while I'm not minimizing her devotion, I believe that's understandable from a sales representative.But from Jazz, I admit I was beyond amazed. The guy working there on the afternoon of November 2 (I can't find the card with his name on it, but he was the only one working in the store at the time, so if any of his bosses see this, please look at your schedule to figure out his name because he really was that good) was amazing.We spoke about exactly my needs for a mattress and he was fantastic. He knew exactly which ones to try and explained what the features were, and why I should consider them. There was no pressure in any of this, just plain great customer service.I've gotten two mattresses and several pillows from Sleep Country and I would not go elsewhere. Having an educated sales staff that truly understands their products is worth the price and time, by far.edit: It seems that the guy who helped me is named Jeff. He's excellent.”

“We are incredibly happy with our experience with Dustin and Murphy Beds Manitoba! We have a very small house, and adding a Murphy Bed was exactly what we needed to use the little space we have in the most efficient way possible. Dustin was very helpful in customizing our bed with a finish outside the standard offerings, while delivering it in a very timely manor. Install was done by Dustin himself, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. All four of us (yes 4!) have now been sleeping on our bed (Me, Wife, Daughter, and Dog) for a week, and when not in use we're folding it up to make space for other things, and it's been AMAZING! Thanks again to Dustin and the team for giving our space back!”

Really appreciated the comfortable baby care room (there's one on each level) where I stopped to feed and diaper my baby. Found some good items too! The only downside was that their cafeteria had a much smaller food selection than the website had led me to believe.”
