Although the staff is very friendly and helpful it's the product that I feel going downhill. I just wanted a nice top for a Christmas party and I felt I had very unlimited options compared to 2 years ago. Plus their clearance rack is so high you can't even reach to look at the clothing. Certainly not accessible!
