St Anne's Self Storage is a well-regarded storage facility known for its convenient location and friendly staff. Customers appreciate the 24-hour access and the clean, spacious storage units available at competitive prices. Many have praised the staff for their helpfulness, especially in urgent situations. However, there are some concerns. A few reviews mention issues such as doors being blocked and the lack of support after hours, as well as the high cost of padlocks. There have also been complaints about rodent droppings found in some lockers and potential water damage affecting stored items. Users recommend ensuring belongings are stored in plastic containers to avoid damage. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, St Anne's Self Storage is generally seen as a reliable option for those in need of storage solutions.
