“Prefacing this with: I am not a resident or prospective resident, but I toured a unit on behalf of a prospective resident. Belle from the leasing office was extremely helpful, despite some initial confusion about the tour being scheduled by a coworker who was not in the office that day. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating of my questions and requests, allowing me to record video as I explored the unit and tested the various appliances and fixtures! She was eager to answer any questions I had and pointed me in the direction of resources that could answer any questions she did not have the information about, such as more in-depth info about the community. She even took me to the laundry facility after I initially left the office and then returned upon realizing I had forgotten to ask about laundry amenities! The unit I toured was very nice and had been very recently remodeled as well. Obviously I can't speak to the living experience of the complex, but I hope that others hoping to find a place at Harford Commons have the pleasure of working with the friendly folks at the leasing office to help make that happen!”
