“My husband and I have lived here for the past 7 months. The office staff are all polite and professional. The very few times I e had to call maintenance they were either here same day or next morning The pool is AWESOME residents friendly and the grounds are kept up beautifully but I have to say the biggest advantage of living here is that they really care about their tenants. I brought a problem to their attention that may or may not have been their problem to solve but within a day or so they not only came up with a solution but provided the solution just to make sure I was comfortable living here. So if that is what you are looking for from a landlord this is definitely the place to come

Ok I was trying to leave a second review but I don’t know how but all I can do is add to this review. First let me say WOW. A day or so after resolution was provided I believe it was Joe who had seen my husband and I and asked how resolution was working out I said perfectly and thanked him ok pretty cool right but then a week or so later the actual maintenance person who installed the resolution saw us in our way to the fantastic pool stopped us to ask exact same question again I said perfectly and thanked him unfortunately I don’t know his name but as we continued to pool my husband said leave another review since I sm not able to figure out how for some reason I’m doing it this way. Seriously if you want to rent from a landlord who not only cares about getting the rent but also about the tenants paying that rent and this is coming from someone who is has rented from private landlords all her life until now let me tell you that is extremely rare you should absolutely move here you won’t regret it. If I could give a higher than 5 star review I definitely would. THANK YOU Joe and all of your staff And I will add ya know an indoor pool would be awesome lol I know a bit much”

“For all the things negative I can say there are many positives that need to be highlighted. I had some plumbing issues this morning and I understand how frustrating that can be . Instead of the leasing office being flustered the leasing office Mr.Vaughn and the maintenance team - Rony and Matthew came and immediately handled my situation with care. They had to call a plumber but even the plumber was very nice as well.”
