“If I could rate this collision center past 5 stars I would. I got rear ended, they took of care of me in less than a week. Rental car onsite, and the front desk lady (first desk behind the front desk) was extremely helpful. I received updated every two days. I had a dent and some damage on my door unrelated to this repair, they even gave it a little bit of TLC to make it look good! I'm beyond grateful for this shop and their staff!!!!!!!!!!”

“My experience was 5 stars with Liam and Steve ordering my paint pen. They were knowledgable and accommodating; they were total gems. However, when I arrived at Volkswagen of Fallston the gentleman at the desk - I believe his name was Gerardo - was quite sassy and had an attitude with me for being unsure of what to do to receive my paint pens (I had never been there before). Steve on the other hand was very sweet and got my paint pen for me and even explained how to use it properly.”
