I had heard it's best to make an appt with a banker so quickly made an appt online and met with Takeyra Pitts on Thursday, 6/23/2022. Takeyra was nothing short of amazing. She spent an entire HOUR with me, helped access/print my statements AND corrected the problem thats existed in my online banking for at least at couple years. A HUGE shout-out to Takeyra!!”

Every time I come in to deposit tips I get anxious because I’ve had tellers in the past look visibly annoyed that they had to count a larger sum of cash that I may or may not have determined the right amount on (I try my best I promise!) but any time I see Daria she’s extremely friendly and welcoming and has never made me feel like an annoying customer which is more appreciated than she probably realizes. “Most deposits are available next business day, unless it's a holiday or weekend deposit. There had to be a reason the deposit that was made, was held for that long. Usually if we would put a hold on a large check deposit, it is 5 business days. If you call my office, I would like to resolve this and look into what the circumstance was. Was this a brand new account and a large check deposit?”
