“I called this branch on a Saturday Laura answered she was very nice and professional.I had a question about bank accounts and she gave me the information I needed..I called 3 other branches and they would not answer the phone I left a message at one on Thursday 5/27 in the morning the Voice mail said we will get back to you in 24 hours ( really a day to return a call) well its been 3 days !! “I used this branch twice this week for account services. I've worked with two different agents/tellers there. On visit 1, Victoria provided me with excellent service and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns along with helping me sort out my business. She wasn't available on visit 2 but I had the pleasure of working with Julie S. instead. Julie was also excellent with all help needed and she was able to provide me with a tutorial on how to work through their recently updated app services as well, of which I never used prior.
