“It was okay, very small selection of clothing just due to store size but I found something that would work for what I needed. The help is kind of scarce which has nothing to do with the help and more about corporations. But there was a woman wandering around in there, a very young woman, walking up to people and offering to pray for them. She should have been stopped. I informed her I was a very happy atheist and not currently having a super being tell me to kill other people in their name.”

“Please note - I DO NOT LIKE shopping for clothes or shoes. However, I have found Kohl's to be friendly in store and the online ordering process to be as close to painless as possible. My recent trip to Kohl's went quickly (picking up an online order) and stumbling over a pair of reasonably priced shoes that came home with me. I will continue to shop at Kohl's despite not doing a lot of clothing or shoe shopping because I can find what I want and they have such lovely sales!”

“I needed a dress for a special occasion. Nancy, the sales clerk, kept locating dresses for me. Nothing was fitting g just right. Then she brought me a dress that fit just right and made me feel like a princess. Nancy then kept trying to find me a bolero jacket at another Talbots. None available. Her manager stepped in and showed me how to adjust a shawl/jacket a few different ways. Viola! A beautiful ensemble! Thank you very much. Go to Talbots for personal service. I will be back.”

I had expressed how excited I was to start my new job and they went the extra step to steam my new clothes for me to make sure there weren’t any wrinkles. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.
