My experience was a pleasant one....checked in upon entering and waited no more than 2-3 minutes before a young man introduced himself and asked me into his office to discuss my needs. Of course I can't recall his name.......but he was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. He easily took care of the issues that I needed addressed and, with that, I was on my way. “**Update**I was contacted by a customer service manager who corrected the issue expeditiously and fixed it going forward. Now, I am cautiously optimistic that I will remain a customer of Industrial Bank for the foreseeable future.06.06.2023: This review can be applied to the Forestville and Oxon Hill locations. I went into each of these locations and requested to update my billing and physical address (2.5 years ago and a little less than 2 years ago, respectively). Now that I have an expired debit card, I am being told that I did not have an address change on my account. Although I used this bank to facilitate the purchase of my new home and made the address change based on the transactions on my account, I am being told that I have to go into "a branch" to get a new debit card(45 minutes drive) or wait an additional 2 weeks for it to be mailed after I submit an address change by mail.This is too much of an inconvenience for me as a customer who does most of my business electronically and who had been jumping through too many hoops to maintain my account with Industrial Bank.I was told that my "new card" (never mind the card that they sent to the incorrect address may have been received by someone who will try to use it to gain access to my funds) cannot be sent to me expedited since it wasn't my fault the information was not updated in time.Therefore, I will be withdrawing all of my funds from Industrial Bank and I will NEVER use them again. In addition, I will ensure that all of my family and friends make a better choice for personal banking.”

“Today I had to transfer money to my elderly grandmother who has been having a lot of trouble walking this week, so I had to assist her with walking into the building. There was a short line which I explained to the guy at the front that I had to transfer money directly to her account, and he asked if she needed to sit I said, yes please, if there is a chair I can let her sit while I wait in line, that would be great! I had no problem waiting and then assisting her with standing at the counter if i had to. The sweet guy at the front ended up asking around to the employees who are seated at a desk if they could help us so my grandma could sit while we did the transaction. He found a sweet lady to help us, and she was great. Very helpful, explained the process to my grandma and myself, and of course my grandmother was able to sit comfortable instead of standing assisted. KUDOS to these employees who have great morals and care about the elderly community. I wish I would have asked for their names, I feel so bad I cant thank them and shout them out by name. But keep up the good work nacy federal! Will definitely be using this branch location from now on”
