“I ordered a plaque for a coworker that is retiring in a few days. I went to the store and was pleasantly greeted by Tia the Crown Trophy of Waldorf representative. Tia showed me the plaque choices that I could order and was very helpful throughout the entire process. I liked a particular plaque but wanted it in a different color and she assured me that Crown Trophy could make the switch on the color plate. Tia proceeded to assist me with the order and was very patient and made sure the engraving was exactly what I wanted. I wish all establishments had a "Tia", I don't know the last time I went into a business and was greeted by someone so pleasant and willing to assist the customer. Kudos to Tia and Crown Trophy of Waldorf for the excellent customer service that they provide. I picked up my plaque after they notified me that the item was ready and it looked beautiful and I would highly recommend Crown Trophy of Waldorf, Maryland to all my friends and coworkers!
