FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, located inside the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, offers virtually everything needed for convention exhibiting needs. This includes packing and shipping, signage, copying, and last-minute office supplies. The staff works really hard and is great to work with, often described as stellar and professional. They are known for getting print orders done quickly even when busy, providing helpful services like free cutting, and assisting diligently with any bumps or issues. While prices are higher, customers are paying for the convenience. The shipping process is notably smooth, with items delivered directly to booths, making it a less burdensome and breezy experience even during busy conferences and events.
The location wanted to charge me $8 to drop off two packages for delivery. After driving there and paying $3 to park, the only thing FedEx delivered was me into the arms of their competitors.

Both shipment and printing process went well with their team onsite - they were extremely helpful getting a last-minute amazon order to me for our event, as well as helping my team with return shipments that were extremely heavy. They have know how and understand how to support their customers, which is a rare combination.
