I'd been set on avoiding a new car purchase, since I thought it would be simpler and cheaper to find an equivalent used car on-line. But salesman Richard, financial manager Jay, and the rest of the team were super accommodating, and with zero pressure. I wound up with a better deal than I could have received for cars with 30,000+ miles already on them. Then Richard (and a colleague) personally transported the Kicks to my house, almost an hour away. Professional, personable, and prompt are a few of the words I would use to describe the quality of the service I received from start to finish. The price they quoted is the price they honored. I was given a completion timeline and they honored it. From my experience, I can tell that this company aims to exceed the consumer's expectation in every way: they cleaned/ detailed the car, thus leaving it better than when I dropped it off. My Tesla needed 3 different pieces of glass replaced, due to debris falling on top of vehicle while driving. Along with the chrome trim being damaged.
It took a bit long, which was expected, and was given advanced notice when I dropped it off that it would take about 30 days.
Looks like the damage never happened!!

“I brought my car here a few months ago for repairs and was beyond satisfied with the repairs. I liked that they kept me updated and dealt with my insurance directly instead of me playing monkey in the middle.
Unfortunately, I was recently in an accident. Without hesitation, I knew that I would choose this shop to handle the repairs again. The staff always seem to go above and beyond for their customers compared to other typical repair shops I have been to. I don't know much about cars so I also appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain everything to me so I could also understand what was going on as well. I got my car back yesterday & I am once again extremely satisfied with the high quality work they did and for their customer service :)
