“I love this store and the people but as I was in this store last night I watched 2 females verbally harass the cashier and she did not deserve that she is such a wonderful worker and very respectful and nice but with this being her job there was not much she could do . There really needs to be security in here at night with what they have to deal with and I also just watch the man sit there and watch and ain’t do nothing if you ask me she’s working alone.”
“The prices here are often lower per unit quantity than most other grocery stores in the region. I often visit here for discounted food items that are often more than two months from expiration.”
“Do not look for good diet soda here. Almost none of 20ox mountain flavors.. no diet to go. Almost none 2L diet bottles. Staff says they have to stock what sells. Shelves are full of sugary soda - zero Pepsis fountain soda has been out all day. Anyone here that can hook up a new box??. One bright spot older cashier with strawberry soda hair, I think maybe Duttie, was very sweet and helpful to all!!”

“What’s up people? I have to write a review for this 711. I usually don’t do reviews but I have to tell you this is the most amazing 7-Eleven I have ever been in. I have a 711 in walking distance from my house. I can walk there in three minutes, but I will ride to this 7-Eleven just because of the service the people The cleanliness they always clean and always doing something and you’ll see that if you come here or when you come here in the coffee, oh my goodness I am a coffee free, but you can get caramel macchiato real espresso, different drinks and it’s just amazing so if you haven’t been here You should get here ASAP. Staff will make you feel right at home.?”

“I stopped by Royal Farms this morning (4/22), and I have to say the cashier working the morning shift was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, he greeted everyone with a smile and positive energy. Within just a few minutes, I watched him help at least 10 customers, and every single one of them left smiling.
You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does—he was kind, upbeat, and even made an effort to cheer people up before their workday. That kind of attitude is rare and makes a big difference.
On top of that, the store was clean, organized, and running smoothly. This was easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
I’ll definitely be returning. 10/10 experience!”
“I love this sheetz and stop there 2-4 times a week! the coffee is good and really convenient with different flavored creamers and coffees. they also just added a cold brew tap! “I go here 3-4 times per week for gas, cigarettes, drinks, etc. Gasoline is always priced competitively for the area, the shop is always clean and well organized, and the cashiers friendly and remarkably helpful. It almost feels like a neighborhood bar inside (minus the beer of course!)--regular customers rarely have to ask for any items behind the counter as the employees know our preferences already. The closest I can come to a criticism is that I wish there was a wider selection of snacks inside, but it's a small store and the chilled beverage selection is phenomenal. Also, the fact that said employees tend to stick around for multiple years says something about the work environment there. The gas pumps and cashier window are open 24 hours.”
“The delivery is great. I've tried a variety of sandwiches and they are all delicious. They do not skimp on the meat or salads. The corned beef was so fresh and easy to chew. It's not a Jewish deli so don't expect that same flavor but it's a great sandwich. The prices are really great for the quantity and quality. I would highly recommend it. They have hand dipped ice cream too.”

“I never post reviews however, I must share my experience. I was referred to the auto repair shop at this Shell Gas Station by a Pillar of the Laurel community. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and the SAME DAY service repairs to my vehicle. I have continued to utilize this repair shop for all of my vehicles; to include a Porsche. I highly recommend this location for car repairs on ANY vehicle. My contact there is Mr. Elmer, who is amazing and presents very fair service prices as well !”

Store seems well-managed, employees are friendly, and the store offers the usual broad array of food selection and convenience items of typical 7-11s. I bought a drink and a snack.
