“Organized, labeled well, always bargains.
The STAFF is incredible
Gentleman at the front greeting customers, he’ll walk you over to your product, great suggestive selling; for example $100+ of ink gets you discounted terms of paper.
Check out clerks are pleasant and patient as well.
I hope it stays this way, it’s refreshing to see incredible customer service like this is today’s world.”

“Annapolis location is much better than the Woodmore Towncenter location. I went to Woodmore 1st to purchase a computer. Computer was listed as in stock at that location but of course the people there were clueless as usual. I hadn't been there in a while and thought they may have gotten better. The salesperson told me I must've have saw on the site that I could pick the computer up that day but that means I could order it and they would get it from one of their warehouses and let me know I could pick it up by the end of the day...smh. I just said ok, went on the bestbuy app ordered the computer online and drove straight to the Annapolis store. Picked it up with no issues. Thanks!”

“I’m leaving this review to highlight the excellent customer service I received by Donovan. I popped in to pick up a phone case, and the store was extremely busy. Donovan was engaged with multiple customers, but still had the initiative to scan the room looking for lost souls like myself. He made point that ask me if I need d help, and then prioritized me after he finished his current batch of customers.

I walked in the store at the tail end of a really bad day, which when I got to the Apple Store initially started getting worse, as I was failing at drawing attention. Donovan’s initiative to scan the room looking, recognize my silent frustration, and acknowledge that he would move onto me suddenly made everything ok, and provided a happy ending to a bad day.

To cap it all off, I’m always trying to spot employment talent in the most unlikely of places, and I tried to solicit Donovan’s contact information to try and poach him from Apple. Donovan thanked me for the consideration, but politely declined citing his ethical boundaries against that, hitch I absolutely respect.

Donovan, you’re a class act, Apple is lucky to have you.”
