“Annapolis location is much better than the Woodmore Towncenter location. I went to Woodmore 1st to purchase a computer. Computer was listed as in stock at that location but of course the people there were clueless as usual. I hadn't been there in a while and thought they may have gotten better. The salesperson told me I must've have saw on the site that I could pick the computer up that day but that means I could order it and they would get it from one of their warehouses and let me know I could pick it up by the end of the day...smh. I just said ok, went on the bestbuy app ordered the computer online and drove straight to the Annapolis store. Picked it up with no issues. Thanks!”
“After multiple calls between T‑Mobile and Apple support, and visits to two different stores—each insisting the issue belonged to the other—I was ready to give up. Both T‑Mobile agents I saw tried to sell me a $1,200 replacement phone instead of fixing the problem. Then I went to the Annapolis Mall T‑Mobile store, where Jason actually listened. He understood the issue immediately and had my phone working again in minutes. Jason, thank you for your honesty and for treating the problem with real care.”

“This place is insane. I come from New York and there are 7-Elevens everywhere but usually are like the normal average looking store. This place is clean, staff is friendly, place is faced and stocked well and pretty much has almost all the up to date stuff 7-Eleven has to offer. The walls do need a little modernization, a little outdated, but overall this place has it all.”

“I travel a somewhat local area as a home nurse, but don't always know exactly where I am. I stopped in this 7-eleven because my phone died and I didn't have a charger. The lady working not only helped me with a charger, but helped me with directions too. It was clean and all the staff was friendly. Most of the 7-Elevens in my immediate are has disappeared. It was nice to have a pleasant experience.”
“I was staying at the Best Western up the street not receiving phone calls or text on my personal line so I called customer service they erased my SIM cards on both my personal and my money line which had 2K on it both phones shut off emergency calls only I jumped up and ran into this MetroPCS store when I got there they were closed they allowed me to come inside and went through the 40 minute long process of restoring my SIM cards I won't go into detail of what had to be done to accomplish this with the manager Rosie and the young lady working behind the counter her name I cannot remember because it's a beautiful Hispanic name that I wouldn't be able to guess in a million years the ladies only had one priority and that was to make sure that my phones were working when I left that store and they did just that I that I told the young lady working behind the counter that if I wouldn't catch a charge I'd lean across that counter and kiss her right on the mouth LOL excellent customer service I've been with MetroPCS for a long time and I do not plan on leaving yes I have had my ups and downs along the way but all in all I am a completely satisfied customer and if ever in this area again and need service regarding my telephones I will go straight to this location where I was treated like I mattered and like the money that I spend every month matters thank you guys so much for your help I greatly appreciate you both not only were you beyond helpful but both so kind and personable beautiful human beings ❤️

“I got there on a very crowded day. Somebody greeted me within 5 minutes which is so much better than the T-Mobile in Annapolis. I came in to see if I could switch from T-Mobile after 23 years. The staff accommodated me. I came out with a much better deal than I have from T-Mobile. We had to go back After we received the units in the mail. We set up an appointment. Went and got everything transferred and learned about the new devices. I have to go back next week for another phone I added. I can't wait. Thank you Verizon for taking care of us!”

I was surprised when the bride got so excited about the idea that she wanted to make it happen! The employees were great and said this was the first time they saw anything like this. Now this couple will always think back on their wedding day when they get a slushy.”

Sales associate Darrell was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to show me a 50% off deal on a TV. I bought it. It's a great TV.In terms of delivery and installation, Robert was amazing. He was quick, professional, and saved me about $250. He taught me how to use everything and didn't leave my house until he was sure I knew how to navigate the TV.
