“I made the initial mistake of going to a different Annapolis jeweler when I first got my class ring to put a new stone in it. That jeweler sold me a stone that was slightly too large but promised me he could make it fit. The result was an abomination. I was never happy with the way it looked. After 8 or 9 nine years of light wear, the gold the jeweler added to hold the oversized stone to the ring started to break away from the ring body.Many of my classmates had rings worked on at Zachary's, and none of them had a single issue. So when I was in Annapolis for a visit, I brought my ring to Zachary's instead of the other guy. I worked with Leslie Rollins at Zachary's. She was extremely helpful as she kept me up to date during the repair process and finding a properly sized stone. I couldn't be happier with the results.Save yourself the trouble. Go to Zachary's first!”

“I don't go anywhere else. Mr. Tilghman is a gem. He has fixed and refitted many family heirlooms that I would never trust a chain to touch. I even took a silver fork that I mangled in my sink disposal, and it looked brand new when he returned it. Lovely jewelry and classic gifts.”

My ring was custom designed because I couldn’t find anything that I loved, Ron completely got my vision and the ring was perfect!A year later one of the tiny diamonds on my wedding ring fell out and they replaced it the next day free of charge. “A year and a half ago I went to that store because I wanted to buy and have a watch repaired, but they didn't take good care of me so I didn't return, but I visited the establishment this week and they took great care of me with great kindness, quite the opposite of last year. , so I recommend that you visit this business because the attention is personalized.”
“I went to get my Cartier watch serviced because it had stopped telling time precisely, not only did they fix the watch to pristine condition but also fixed my strap which was broken free of cost. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed with a warm smile and you leave feeling like you went to the correct spot for your needs. Katherine kept in constant communication and was transparent with what the issue was and the price. The pricing for the repair was very affordable compared to what you’d pay at Cartier. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be coming back.”

Store is actually a lot bigger than it looks and a great place to find unique items and souvenirs from Annapolis. They have another store at the mall but this one seems to have a lot cooler items.
