“I made the initial mistake of going to a different Annapolis jeweler when I first got my class ring to put a new stone in it. That jeweler sold me a stone that was slightly too large but promised me he could make it fit. The result was an abomination. I was never happy with the way it looked. After 8 or 9 nine years of light wear, the gold the jeweler added to hold the oversized stone to the ring started to break away from the ring body.Many of my classmates had rings worked on at Zachary's, and none of them had a single issue. So when I was in Annapolis for a visit, I brought my ring to Zachary's instead of the other guy. I worked with Leslie Rollins at Zachary's. She was extremely helpful as she kept me up to date during the repair process and finding a properly sized stone. I couldn't be happier with the results.Save yourself the trouble. Go to Zachary's first!”

“I went to get my Cartier watch serviced because it had stopped telling time precisely, not only did they fix the watch to pristine condition but also fixed my strap which was broken free of cost. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed with a warm smile and you leave feeling like you went to the correct spot for your needs. Katherine kept in constant communication and was transparent with what the issue was and the price. The pricing for the repair was very affordable compared to what you’d pay at Cartier. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be coming back.”
