“I own my own business, Peake Mobile Marine. When I see the owner, Marcus, go above and beyond it reminds me of what I do. It was our first snow storm of the year last week. On Tuesday, at 545pm I called his business because google said his business was open until 7. He answered my call and said that even though he had picked his son up early from school, he was willing to come back to the shop and meet me at 630 PM in the middle of a snow storm to help me out with my tire.I spent an hour hanging with Marcus while he worked on my rim to get the corrosion cleaned off. He drove 35 minutes in a storm to come and help me because his business hours were listed until 7pm even though he was already home.We need more people like this in the world. “Stopped here to have a leaky tire checked to see if reparable. The manager I spoke to as well as all the technician were kind and friendly. They seemed to be having a good time at work which is always a good sign to me of people who will do a job well. They tested my tire and found the leak, offered me a replacement without being pushy at all, told me to think about it, and topped up the air in my donut. Extremely efficient, kind, they seemed like they cared about making sure my donut was safe and I would be ok. Means the world as a younger woman walking into a mechanic. 10/10”

The first time I came in, I was in a real pickle because extenuating circumstances meant that I wouldn’t be able to get my tire situation fixed for another week if I couldn’t get it done that day. Thank goodness Jason from the tire center was there and able to help me out, he got me in and out in two hours with a whole new set of tires! Three weeks later and here I am again after running over a bolt and this time Adrian was able to replace my tire in an hour and for no charge thanks to the premium warranty. The staff have been so friendly and helpful, the tires well priced, and the warranty so useful that I will be a Sams girl for life!”
