“No issues with the pumps or service. People in the area seemed unfamiliar with how to utilize Sams Clubs setup but that was user error and not Sam’s fault. Gas was lower priced than neighboring stations. As always this is for club members only.”

“As everyone knows, your customer experience varies by store location. In the case of CVS, this is a critical factor. On this front I have been visiting the CVS inside the Target store in Annapolis and surprised by the overall quality of the team, which far exceeds the other CVS's in the Annapolis area. The management is doing something right in this location with our service consistent across all our visits in the past few years. There appear to be no issues of employee morale, which are running at a near epidemic levels in almost all their other stores. The company focus on cost reduction is decreasing the staff in each location, which this store seems to have moved beyond.”
“After waiting an hour at CVS for my booster appointment and I booked an appointment at this Sam's Club instead. Within 5 minutes of parking the car a booster needle was injected into my arm. Was an overall great experience and I would not hesitate to get a vaccine here in the future.”
“When you need to start thinking about money? For gas & groceries we spent $68 for gas & $76 food that will last up to 3 weeks for 1 person!!!

“We scheduled for my wife and myself to get the Covid and flu shot. It was fairly easy to sign up although the notification process of the time was a little bit off. It showed one of us didn’t show both although we were both scheduled and the reminder came to both the person who gave us the shots was very nice Patient personable and helpful and make sure that we were comfortable all in all. It was a very easy worthwhile experience.”

“Recently, the checkout machine at the CVS on Main Street was negating coupons. The store person at the time did her very very best to help me, despite a long line of customers. She was very calm and patient. Finally, the manager had to assist. Gustavo is the best. He is friendly, kind, patient and fair. What more could anyone want in a busy store manager? and his co-worker, Venesha, was so determined to help me. I love this CVS and would never go anywhere else.”
“Over the past three weeks I have managed to get two flat tires, and wow, am I glad that my mother raised me as a Sam’s Club girl. The first time I came in, I was in a real pickle because extenuating circumstances meant that I wouldn’t be able to get my tire situation fixed for another week if I couldn’t get it done that day. Thank goodness Jason from the tire center was there and able to help me out, he got me in and out in two hours with a whole new set of tires! Three weeks later and here I am again after running over a bolt and this time Adrian was able to replace my tire in an hour and for no charge thanks to the premium warranty. The staff have been so friendly and helpful, the tires well priced, and the warranty so useful that I will be a Sams girl for life!”
