“After years of dealing with CVS and enduring a steady dwindling of care, compassion and communication, I was so happy to find Annapolis Professional Pharmacy! The pharmacists & staff are friendly, caring and helpful. If you are tired of being frustrated with big corporate pharmacies & would appreciate a small pharmacy where the staff remember you when you stop in, give this place a try. I highly recommend it!”

“No issues with the pumps or service. People in the area seemed unfamiliar with how to utilize Sams Clubs setup but that was user error and not Sam’s fault. Gas was lower priced than neighboring stations. As always this is for club members only.”

“I've been using this pharmacy for over two years and it is fabulous. The staff is nice, they call you personally if there is a question about your prescription, and it is always fast. I won't go anywhere else.”

“Came to Sam’s like I have on multiple occasions. I had placed an online order for pickup which of course I came to pick up. When I arrived I checked in like any other time to then have the curbside employee to leave my cart behind my car and then leave not to return. I spoke with a manager at the store and he apologized and assured me that wouldn’t happen again and they would be sure to take the necessary actions to keep it from happening to others.”

“Came here today to get new tires. And took the kids and parents for some sams food while we waited. We each got a meal and a drink and an ice cream for under $22. Total!!! Unbelievable. Tasted great which was also unbelievable.”

“After waiting an hour at CVS for my booster appointment and I booked an appointment at this Sam's Club instead. Within 5 minutes of parking the car a booster needle was injected into my arm. Was an overall great experience and I would not hesitate to get a vaccine here in the future.”

“Over the past three weeks I have managed to get two flat tires, and wow, am I glad that my mother raised me as a Sam’s Club girl. The first time I came in, I was in a real pickle because extenuating circumstances meant that I wouldn’t be able to get my tire situation fixed for another week if I couldn’t get it done that day. Thank goodness Jason from the tire center was there and able to help me out, he got me in and out in two hours with a whole new set of tires! Three weeks later and here I am again after running over a bolt and this time Adrian was able to replace my tire in an hour and for no charge thanks to the premium warranty. The staff have been so friendly and helpful, the tires well priced, and the warranty so useful that I will be a Sams girl for life!”

“Excellent service from the pharmacy. They have a really hard job, but they're great and they really seem to care about their customers. I switched from CVS and have never been happier with a pharmacy. I hope the employees and managers are justifiably proud of their branch. I will be a continuing customer. Also - the Walgreens mobile app is very useful and the info is up-to-date.”

“After getting back to real civilization that is the city of Annapolis, Maryland, the first stop I made was here at this CVS.I'm thankful that CVS is a nationwide drug store chain with many locations across the USA. With that said, I arrived here on a Sunday morning in late January 2023 from Harrington, Delaware. I needed to purchase things that would help me recover from an incident that left me with lower back pain. CVS usually has a lot of the everyday stuff most people need on a daily basis, usually food and other household items that are essential for daily life. My experience here at this CVS location in Annapolis, Maryland probably took no more than 10 minutes, as my friend and I looked for what I needed and checked out to do other things in the city. The store itself reminds me of the ones we have back home in Honolulu. I guess they arrange the store a certain way, so any CVS location looks all the same, no matter where you are. For the most part though, the ambiance felt like a grocery store type of vibe but not really. As weird as it sounds and the pain from my low back at the time, it was nice and enjoyable to be here trying to find the quick solution to my medical maladies. The service here was good and friendly, while being typical and professional at the same time. Just want the pain to over! The overall experience here at this particular CVS Drug store was good and casual. The store itself was arranged in a way that you could find what you were looking for within 10-15 minutes without help, which is what my friend and I did that January 2023 day. This CVS is pretty coolAnd located in the center of town, where the state capitol building is nearby. They have quite the assortment of things you'd normally find at the neighborhood drug store, which CVS tries to be everyday. I am familiar with the CVS name since they have locations in Honolulu, HI. During my experience here in Annapolis, Maryland, the purchase of pain management products were at the top of my shopping list of the day. I also purchased a drink and offered my friend one too, since she was driving me around. CVS carries both name brand and generics, when it comes to pharmaceuticals, as well as food products and other everyday items, so that there's some disparity and the customer has some bit of choice as far as what to buy and what the prices are. I didn't think that the store itself had central air conditioning but then again, I was there in late January - winter time but balmy. It was a good visit under interesting circumstances. While I preferred to have come here for other things, it is what it is. Pain management is a real thing for many people and for me, I'm glad that CVS was there to meet my needs. This CVS location is centralized at 123 Main Street in Annapolis, Maryland. It's on the main drag of the city and near the state capitol and the US Naval Academy. They accept major credit cards, as well as cash. There is mostly street parking here and luckily for me and my friend, we secured a spot directly in front of the store on a brisk Sunday morning before 9am. It was pretty cool. If Annapolis has a local bus system, you can use that to get around the city and get here if you need things. From out of town? Use Amtrak or greyhound for a cheaper alternative. If not, Uber and Lyft works too. CVS is a well established brand and you can be sure that they will have what you need everyday!4.0 stars for the overall experience. 4.0 stars for the service and 5.0 stars for being open before 9am on a Sunday morning in January.Support local!B”

“This store is less than a mile from my house. I like it because I can get in and get out without fighting big crowds. The store is in a high density, urban type setting, and I assume that is what is reflected in some of the more negative reviews. But I find it to be a solid store--they have what I need. I have gotten to know many of the cashiers, who are usually efficient and generally pleasant. And the two regular fellows who bring carts back in and will assist customers to load groceries are really pleasant and so respectful. There is a SunTrust ATM inside. The bagels are excellent. I often purchase the bargain bunches of fresh flowers. These folks try hard to keep up the level of service.”

“Folks at the pharmacy are always doing their best here. Doesn't mean there aren't issues, one of my meds is out of stock somewhat frequently, BUT! That's not their fault! They always communicate effectively with me, and are willing to work with me to make sure I get my medications as quickly and painlessly as possible.Good folks, doing good work, making sure we all get what we need”

“I hear many complaints from other customers who say they switched or are moving their prescriptions to Giant pharmacy, but I have stayed with CVS Pharmacy for 6 going on 7 years.I have had a few issues but basically I like that CVS communicates with me sends texts) everytime one of my 9 medications needs to be refilled and picked up.I have always had difficulty with my CVS pharmacy Accepting and Actually Using the GoodRX and Singlecare Discount Coupons for my medications. Some of the pharmacists, (not all), seem to resist and discourage the use of this help, which seniors like myself on a fixed income, desperately need this HELP! ? I am totally perplexed as to why this pharmacy trys so hard to discourage customers from using this much needed financial help to get the meds we need as Seniors.?I DO Enjoy my coupon discounts. I have noticed that replenishing some of the items I use regularly are not always restocked and available to me and this is quote frustrating. Otherwise . . . .I do LOVE my CVS!The pharmacy team could be a lot Friendlier and more Pleasant. My main pharamcist is quite friendly to me, the helpers need to take more Pride in their jobs and try to be friendlier . . . I believe it would help make Happier Customers! ?”

“Great Sam's Club. I had fun walking the entire store starting from electronics, then house cleaning supplies, down to clothing, books, toys, candies, frozen foods, picked up the best ROTI chicken and a nice big package of plump blackberries! The customer service desk was very helpful. There were only two "live" cashiers, promoting self checkout instead. The downside was random people trying to hard sell you in the aisles. I just ignored them and walked past. Sheesh they're persistent and just annoying! Please, get rid of these sales people. It truly distracted from my immense joy of shopping. Minus one star for the talking heads that harass women who are clearly on a peaceful retail mission.”

“This pharmacy is constantly understaffed but the people working here are always trying their hardest. They cannot pick up the phone because that would delay them getting people's prescriptions done. I see very sweet people working here cry everyday. The problem is with cvs corporate not the staff.”
