I was having trouble with my Samsung S25 plus freezing, Josh helped me and my phone hasn't frozen since he worked on it!! Thanks for the awesome work on my phone and the great customer service!!

They don't have enough people or knowledgeable people to take care of you when you go there it's too long of a wait time I simply went there to get an upgraded box for my TV and wanted extra remotes which they said they did not have
