2341 Forest Drive Ste L, Annapolis MD 21401
“This store is incredible. Knowledgable. Nice and pleasure to work with. The gentleman that speaks Spanish is a genius. He is so smart. I have done the majority of my business at this store (4) phones, (2) trackers, (2) home internets, and have never left less than satisfied. The other employees go to this guy as he is so knowledgeable. He is an asset to Tmobile and validates the companies customer service experience. Sadly, after our experience at the Kent Island store? Prior to racing to Annapolis. My neighbor whom I referred is likely not going to happen. He will likely stick with Verizon. The Kent Island store experience scared my neighbor away.”

“I definitely had a great experience at this location. John looked out and hooked me up with my upgraded phone, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in wait time was to a minimum as well. I appreciate the team that helped me out!!”

“I typically dread going to Verizon stores but I had the BEST experience at this store w/ the team member Juan. He was incredibly informative, talked through all the different plans and pricing with me, and even lowered my plan by taking off things I didn’t use. Will definitely come back & recommend this store because of his incredible customer service.”
