“Great prices, the tires I wanted were on sale so it was an even better deal. I paid about $350 for a new set with the installation included. Other places wanted $400-$600 minimum. I made an appointment and pre ordered my tires so when I got there, I just had to sign some papers. They told me it would take an hour because of the four tires but I was called after 20 minutes. The staff was super friendly and understanding, I went home glad to have gotten my tires here. Just to emphasize, the staff that was there on 03/05/25 at 5pm were terrific and helpful.”

The electric bicycles were a charity donation for the needy families at a toy drive hosted by Christian motorcycle association. They were a gift to one of chosen families. The president of our chapter (Bayside Believers) will pick the toys, and the electric bicycles, and designate them to families, age accordingly. Cycle Gear in Glen Burnie, enjoys us doing events like that and it’s a designated starting point for the rides and events our chapter does throughout each year. They are a rare find for mechanics- extremely honest (will tell you what work you DON'T need done), use quality parts (many shops use crap parts) and do great work. Also recently, Dustin saved me well over a $1000! I called to make an appointment to get my headlights repaired on my 2020 Kia Telluride because the high beams weren't working. He researched it on his own after my call and told me to bring it to the dealer because it had an unpublicized extended warranty that Kia issued a couple of years ago. Got it fixed at the dealer for free. Most repair shops would have missed this or knowingly charged for the work.”

You’ve been providing trusted care repair/maintenance service to us personally for about 20 years on multiple vehicles. I don’t know where the time goes but it goes. My son was a toddler when we were first referred to your shop and now he’s 21 ?. Time and Time again, you have never let us down. Never. And I don’t say that lightly. At the time, the team was headed by Larry and your Master mechanic Dan (I believe) and they were the epitome of a trusted team who did great work and it looks like they’ve passed the baton exceptionally well!!
We’ve had multiple times of major work done here from (our very first experience there was engine repair) and also regular yearly maintenance/minor repairs(oil changes, brake service, battery replacement, and tune ups) etc. and after each time, our cars not only ran like new but the life of the vehicles extended well beyond its time. You guys trustfully and responsibly price compare parts which is greatly appreciated these days when anything is overly expensive. You make sure to put special focus if cars need major work done and additionally provide a quick day turnaround for minor/yearly maintenance service.
