They got me in promptly for an estimate and even ordered the necessary parts in advance before I dropped the car off. Communication has been excellent—they call every Wednesday with an update, and anytime I’ve called the shop with a question, I’ve been given a prompt and straightforward answer. The repair is taking a little longer than I originally expected, but I’m thrilled knowing they’re taking the time to get it done right the first time around. I’d much rather have quality work than a rushed repair. Top-tier service and communication all around. They are a rare find for mechanics- extremely honest (will tell you what work you DON'T need done), use quality parts (many shops use crap parts) and do great work. Also recently, Dustin saved me well over a $1000! I called to make an appointment to get my headlights repaired on my 2020 Kia Telluride because the high beams weren't working. He researched it on his own after my call and told me to bring it to the dealer because it had an unpublicized extended warranty that Kia issued a couple of years ago. Got it fixed at the dealer for free. Most repair shops would have missed this or knowingly charged for the work.”

My front bumper came out on one side and I was expecting a big estimate & wait time for repair or replacement. He took a look at it and was able to clip things back into place himself in a few minutes, no hassle. Perfect temporary fix I needed to get back on the road. Bumper is all good now and the only damage was part of the splash shield underneath which he gave me an estimated cost for but he wasn't pushing to get any extra work done if it wasn't necessary, just looking out for his customers.”

You make sure to put special focus if cars need major work done and additionally provide a quick day turnaround for minor/yearly maintenance service. There’s a noticeable difference between someone who simply sells parts and someone who genuinely understands the equipment, and Josh clearly falls into the latter category. Christina is fantastic at the front desk—professional, personable, and absolutely gorgeous.
