“What an amazing experience! We found our selves on RT 95 heading back from a Motocross race in FL, stopped on the shoulder with a smoked hub. We found RW Trailer, I called and had the opportunity to speak with Josh. He assessed the situation over the phone and instilled confidence in me to head over. When we arrived I was met with by Josh and a delightful rep at the counter. Josh and his son got to work, putting together the necessary parts and tools needed to get us back on the road to Northeast PA. I was really happy working with them on that claim, so I brought my vehicle back for the 60k mile service and asked them to look the car over. Dan and the team are really great to work with. Unlike most shops, they are fast to communicate via email or phone, they send pics of all the work that needs to be done or is proposed showing an indication of why they think it needs to be done, and showing the work before and after. They propose the work that really needs to be done and do it the right way. I will certainly be using this shop for my future needs.”

“Excellent experience - I came in with a screw in one of my tires, fearing I'd need a new one. Instead, the folks at K&S patched it up and got me on my way again. Service was fast, people were kind, and the waiting room was clean. You can't really ask for more!I'll also say, this wasn't my first visit. I took a previous car here to get checked out, and K&S found an issue that had caused need for massive repairs and never been caught.
