She immediately advised me to drop off my car and assured me they’d work on it as soon as possible. Since it was too cold to walk home, Hailey offered their transport service for customers within a 10‑mile radius — which worked out perfectly. I dropped my car off around 10:15 a.m., completed a little paperwork, and their driver courteously drove me home. By 3:15 p.m., Hailey called to let me know my car was ready and arranged for the driver to pick me up. The driver was professional and polite, the prices were very reasonable, and the entire staff treated me like family. My car ran perfectly after the repair, and the tire was fixed without issue.
