“We had a great experience with a complicated move using Orly. We were downsizing from a place where we had lived for 30 years—we had Orly do much of the packing. Then we sent several rooms of furniture to our each of our kids (including one in Colorado) and put the remainder in storage for a few months, until our new lease started. And the guys who moved the furniture were wonderful (from our house to 3 different places, including storage, and then from storage to our apartment). They treated our things like they owned them. “This was a big move for our family with us all living together. We sat down with Roy as Mom discussed her expectations and concerns with moving her antique furniture and he listened. The crew showed up ready and on time. They wrapped the items in blankets then cardboard then saran wrap for all the protection. The provided free boxes prior to the move and even wardrobe boxes on the day of. The guys went above and beyond taking things apart and putting them back together. They also helped her with the boxes that weren't going in there truck cause they saw her struggling.
Thank you so much as the one thing she was most worried about with this whole transition was their move and they both stated to have a GREAT experience!”

“Yesterday, was a very long day but all of my movers, my son, and I made it happen. Every last one of your men was a blessing to my son & I. They took a lot of stress out of the equation of moving. After securing my moving date with you, I saw your company trucks at my old apartment complex moving two other families a couple of months ago. When I spoke with Derek & formulated my contract, I could tell your company is family oriented & you guys treat your customers like family. Derek was amazing from beginning to end. On yesterday, Ernest and the other two movers had us laughing & enjoying life to the fullest. They did their job beyond the call of duty. When I move again with God’s will to a brand new home in PA, I will be contacting your business & if the three movers assigned to my move on yesterday is still with your company, I will definitely want them to move us again.

“As a military family, we’ve moved a number of times - this move was for my single daughter. U-Pack made it seamless and worry free. The staff at drop off was nice, accurate and most importantly on time. Upon arriving at the drop off location the company arranged with the city to block off two metered spaces in front of the apartment complex. They did all the leg work and were professional and nice about it. The driver who dropped the unit was friendly and respectful. And the unit was picked up promptly after being emptied. This was a cross county move: Vermont to Colorado. While we packed it meticulously, nothing was broken or damaged. I don’t recall a move having gone so smoothly in my life! I usually only believe reviews that are positive that also acknowledge a weakness but honestly there is nothing negative to say about our experience with U-Pack.”
