“I've used this store 3 times in the last 3 years. Never had a bad experience! All seem nice. I've been helped twice by the younger guy there. I forgot to get his name. So helpful & very knowledgeable. Great results with projects vs Home Depot or Lowes paints. Give that young man a raise!”

“The whole Mil-Spec team is a pleasure to work with. I had a particularly tricky, custom--both in color and application-- two-tone paint job needed for some AL 6061 components and the results were better than I could have ever expected. They took the same attention-to-detail when shipping the components back to me, and they arrived without a single nick. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.”

“Yasy is amazing! She really knows the products and takes her time to explain the benefits of choosing the right one. The store is always clean and organized, and the team is great. Honestly, since this store got a new manager my husband and I haven’t gone to any other Sherwin. We hope it stays this way because this location is close to our home and super convenient.”

“Alex is an absolute legend and a joy to see at the store. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and spend about an hour and a half picking samples and getting paint. And then had to comeback and get more because I didn’t realize how much paint I actually needed lol. ? he is kind and funny and very personable. We moved farther from this store and I drive just to have a joyful experience. Alex loves his job and it shows and for that I am grateful.”

“Hands down the best paint store with the best colors and the best service & advice. I don't know what they put in the paint but the colors are always deeper and more saturated than what one finds at the big box stores. They can easily match colors from other suppliers and back it up with a generous return policy. They might cater to the professional but have always been more than happy to help a weekend warrior like myself, making sure I get the right paint for the job and talking me through the steps to ensure a high quality finish.”

“Would 100% recommend McCormick Paints. In the past I shopped at Home depot but gave McCormick Paints a shot. I was pleasantly surprised at how much value a local company and smaller business like this can provide. They took the time to consult on colors, quantity and their expertise alone saved me a lot of time and money. This is my new paint store for sure.”

“Typical Sherwin-Williams location. Nothing special about it. It is a much better place to get paint and paint supplies than home Depot or Lowe's. Commercial line of promar actually is very affordable compared to big box store paints and basically performs just fine if you're painting your interior walls. I recommend buying your paints from here for any painting project as opposed to big box stores.”

“One of the best Sherwin-Williams locations I’ve visited! I normally come to this store because it’s close to my home, but I continue coming back because of the excellent customer service. I’ve visited other Sherwin-Williams stores around the Baltimore area, and the service at this location really stands out. Everyone from the sales associates to the store manager and sales representatives is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Whenever I need advice or help finding the right product, they take the time to assist me. Excellent customer service and a great team. Highly recommended!”

“I ordered 4 gallons of paint with the intention of using the curbside pickup service. When I got to the store, I realized that I had forgotten to add an item to my order. So, I went inside and was greeted by the employee named Andrew. Not only did Andrew greet me, he asked if I needed any help. I told him what I needed and also informed him that I was picking up an online order. He asked my name and what I ordered, then quickly got my order ready. He put the paint cans in a box and asked if I needed painter stirrers (I think I spelled that right...), which is something that I was not asked when I went to 2 other Sherwin Williams locations a couple of weeks ago. And as he was closing out my order, he asked if I needed anything else. As I was about to leave, I asked him if he had a cart that I could borrow to roll my items to the car. He gladly offered to take the stuff to my car. Thank you for the good customer service and a pleasant shopping experience!”

“I went to the Sherwin-Williams on Joppa Road in Towson and was helped by Jason. He was amazing and epitomizes what great customer service should be everywhere. He not only explained how to get rust of of some S-W paint I bought a few years ago, but he then got a strainer and did it for me. I asked several other questions and he offered spit on advice. I did make some purchases based on his sincere advice. I’m sure the other associates are also great, but as long as Jason is there I’m loyal to this store. Thank you!”

“My go to Grainger store due to location. I always have a good interaction at this location. Although I frequent this location, today I’m leaving a review because Becca was more than patient and very helpful with me while having trouble finding my company’s account. While others weren’t so helpful, she stood by while I gathered all information needed to find the account and made sure I was able to pay to the right account.”
