I had a particularly tricky, custom--both in color and application-- two-tone paint job needed for some AL 6061 components and the results were better than I could have ever expected. “Hands down the best paint store with the best colors and the best service & advice. I don't know what they put in the paint but the colors are always deeper and more saturated than what one finds at the big box stores. They can easily match colors from other suppliers and back it up with a generous return policy. They might cater to the professional but have always been more than happy to help a weekend warrior like myself, making sure I get the right paint for the job and talking me through the steps to ensure a high quality finish.”

It is a much better place to get paint and paint supplies than home Depot or Lowe's.
Commercial line of promar actually is very affordable compared to big box store paints and basically performs just fine if you're painting your interior walls.
I recommend buying your paints from here for any painting project as opposed to big box stores.”

I’ve visited other Sherwin-Williams stores around the Baltimore area, and the service at this location really stands out. Everyone from the sales associates to the store manager and sales representatives is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Whenever I need advice or help finding the right product, they take the time to assist me.

“I ordered 4 gallons of paint with the intention of using the curbside pickup service. When I got to the store, I realized that I had forgotten to add an item to my order. So, I went inside and was greeted by the employee named Andrew. Not only did Andrew greet me, he asked if I needed any help. I told him what I needed and also informed him that I was picking up an online order. He asked my name and what I ordered, then quickly got my order ready. He put the paint cans in a box and asked if I needed painter stirrers (I think I spelled that right...), which is something that I was not asked when I went to 2 other Sherwin Williams locations a couple of weeks ago. And as he was closing out my order, he asked if I needed anything else. As I was about to leave, I asked him if he had a cart that I could borrow to roll my items to the car. He gladly offered to take the stuff to my car. Thank you for the good customer service and a pleasant shopping experience!”
“I went to the Sherwin-Williams on Joppa Road in Towson and was helped by Jason. He was amazing and epitomizes what great customer service should be everywhere. He not only explained how to get rust of of some S-W paint I bought a few years ago, but he then got a strainer and did it for me. I asked several other questions and he offered spit on advice. I did make some purchases based on his sincere advice. I’m sure the other associates are also great, but as long as Jason is there I’m loyal to this store. Thank you!”
