“TriHealth provides the kind of personal service that is hard to find these days.
I was having trouble getting a prescription refilled from my usual pharmacy, and so I thought I’d give TruHealth a try. Not only did Pharmacist Manager Dilip Katrodiya provide incredible customer service, going above and beyond anything I’d ever experienced from any of the other local pharmacies, TruHealth had the drug in stock when my regular pharmacy didn’t.
If you’re not getting top notch service and feeling like a valued customer at your current pharmacy, I encourage you to give TruHealth a try.”
“This is a compound pharmacy and they fulfill veterinary prescriptions. I couldn't find the proper dose of gabapentin in cream for my cat online. Glad I discovered Acorn Pharmacy. If you have a pet this is a good option.”
“I’m grateful for Rollins & appreciate Mike’s professionalism & sense of humor! It’s wonderful to find a pharmacy that knows you & doesn’t constantly switch meds for the cheapest manufacturer (like the big stores,) I’ve suffered weird side effects from prescribed maintenance meds but made by cheaper manufacturers, it’s a common problem. The pharmacy is also a lovely shop where I’ve purchased needed items as well as international Cardamon tea & great saffron.”

“The great thing about this pharmacy age the staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. Hardly any wait times there. The problem is the hours. They close too early on weekdays and 6pm on Saturday they’ve been closed - ugh! Also, they don’t open until 11am on Sundays. It’s also a smaller pharmacy, they don’t hold as much stock as your free standing CVS pharmacy.
But, there are many wonderful things about this pharmacy. The convenience of it being right inside Target is a draw for some people.”

“Ten Oaks Pharmacy is truly one of those rare small-town gems that you don’t realize you need until you experience the level of care they provide. When my child was very sick and needed a steroid prescription urgently, Walgreens told me it would take three days to fill it. Feeling desperate, I called Ten Oaks Pharmacy, and they immediately stepped in to help.
They went above and beyond by coordinating with the doctor to have a new prescription sent over and even stayed after their normal business hours so I could get it filled and picked up that same day. That level of compassion and dedication meant everything to me as a worried parent.
Since then, they’ve had my business ever since. They consistently have what I need in stock, know me by name, remember all of my children, and always ask how they’re doing whenever I come in. The entire staff is incredibly kind, personal, and caring in a way that’s so hard to find these days.
Ten Oaks Pharmacy is an absolute gem, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“I've used this local pharmacy for several years now and can't say enough good things about their care and service. Once when hubby came home from hospital they pickedup a incorrect dosage of new medicine and had it all straightened out before I got there. When I was dealing with elderly aunt at home they delivered her medicine and changed it liquid to make it easier without me asking. Image my surprise going to the door allowing me to stay with her and not run up the street. The family gets our flu shots their to save on Dr visits. What a great experience of a hometown pharmacy they bring to our community.”
“Best pharmacy ever. They know you by name when you walk in, always have a full prescription (unlike the evil death star, Walgreens) and call you when it is time to refill. They are the absolute best!!!!”

“Pro: big parking lot, clean environment, self serve lottery machine, lot of self check out machine, Con: always long line at customer service This store had a refresh on the inside a few years ago and still look new upon entering. Parking lot is big with plenty of space. The giant is next to smaller store such as subway and more. There is a lottery machine that is self use. The customer service area is always has long line due to only 1 person working back there. If this giant doesn't work out for you there is another giant by cherry hill shopping area that just open up recently.”
“Don’t sleep on small pharmacies. When my medication was not available at the chain store, the pharmacist called suppliers to get the medication. They have the ability to negotiate with new supply chains immediately. The chain pharmacist doesn’t have the ability to do that. My biggest pet peeve was the chain store app kept telling me that another pharmacy had the medication and I drove to three different locations and they didn’t have it.”
“Huge and well stocked. You could practically get everything you needed from the store. It bubbled and had good staffing with fresh foods (fruits and vegetables included).
Unfortunately, they closed down in the wake of the COVID pandemic. Giant has since taken over the facility.
I am certainly one of those who miss this ShopRite store.”
“I used to take my Rx’s to the Target CVS in the same shopping center. It’s like night and day going to this giant pharmacy. Everyone is always so kind and the service is very fast. I never have to wait in line!”

“I’ve only ever had good experiences here with both the pharmacy and the store (non-pharmacy, as in the rest of their services). I have complicated, multiple health issues and many prescriptions and bad insurance (bad reviews, law suits, tons of complaints, etc. United Health Care and Maryland Physician’s Care.), but have no complaints since opening).
They’ve also been fanatics about Amy Colby b time regarding complained about communicating promptly and completely with many different medications for many different prescriptions.”
