“We have been taking our cars to Gary and his team for several years now. They have never failed to provide uncomparable service, with fair and clear rates, as well as detailed descriptions of proposed work. And most importantly they keep track of what our car services our car has had done and what it needs and have always kept an open line of communication via phone text and email.
Here's another small but huge thing for me: a few years back my daughter and I were on vacation and had an issue with my car's starter. We were 4 hours away from Preferred but I called them anyway. I spoke to Todd (a dream!) who quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone. Because they keep such accurate records of our vehicle he was able to tell me when that part had last been addressed and explained why it may have been an issue now. He even offered suggestions for how to find a reputable shops for the repair as well as parameters for a fair pricing.
How is THAT for service?
We have referred many friends and neighbors to Preffered and will continue to do so. I cannot say enough good things about them.”

“This is an excellent tire shop! Great communication on the phone and in person, honest assessment, and quality work. I had a flat tire and changed to my spare. I called Quality Discount Tire and they were able to order my tire (I wanted to match the rest) and schedule me for an appointment the next day. They promptly installed the new tire, checked my tire pressure sensors and even put my spare tire and wrenches back. I was in and out in about 45 minutes and very happy with the result.”

The team is a group of true professionals, and I felt very comfortable leaving my X5’ , with them after an accident. She was easy to communicate and handled everything with the insurance. After some hidden damages were found, she filed additional claim and processed it without much of involvement.
