“I came to the shop to see if I could get my tire patched due to it having a nail. I knew that the shop would probably be busy as today is the day before thanksgiving. I was kind of disappointed to have waited close to 4 and 1/2 hours before hearing a status on the car which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. As a customer, it shows personal interest and a respect for customers time when status updates are given on the service of our cars. Overall, my experience was positive and I would come back to get my car serviced here.”
“Wow, what an amazing experience at this dealership! I made an appointment to look at a car, and the sales associate called me the day before to make sure I was coming at the time we had agreed. So I was pleasantly surprised that he had me wait for more than an hour before he could see me. Now that is what I call professional! The transaction went without a hitch as well, with me taking all the extra warranties that they offered through their super easy to understand sales processes. There was no way I was going to leave without all those extras tacked on. I loved it! It even included the delivery of the vehicle to my home on the same day, and I was so thankful that they could not keep their promise and I had to drive the delivery guy back myself so that I could drive my new car for three hours. That was so amazing! I can tell these guys really appreciated my business, and was very happy to receive all their voice messages a few years later to offer to sell me another car. “New to the area so went to them for state inspections. They explained the whole titling process and options as well as the veip; all went well with the inspections. Returned a few days later with what I feared was an emergency but wasn't, and was somewhat undiagnosable although expensive to repair if parts were available for suspected issue. They advised me the vehicle was safe to drive and didn't charge me for their time because "we couldn't find anything wrong", definitively. Shop looks like it services many types of vehicles, seems organized and knowledgeable, so I'll be going back when necessary.”
