“My wife and I recently purchased 2 Kia Tellurides from Jones. Our salesman, Dennis, was awesome! He was extremely patient, super easy to communicate with, and just a true pleasure to work with. On my first test drive, I brought a Telluride to meet my wife at Target(we waited ~15 minutes for her, Dennis and I got to chat - super down to earth guy) and when we met up, my boys were hungry and not interested in a test drive. She didn’t even get to drive the vehicle, but Dennis offered to drive the Telluride back to Jones, instead of me taking it back or having her even take a quick drive, while my family got lunch. We met up after lunch, drove the vehicle together, and decided we each wanted one! Dennis made sure we got everything we wanted on each vehicle, that we got what we wanted for our trades. This is the 3rd vehicle we’ve purchased from Jones Kia in the last year and I have had an excellent experience each time.”
“Great car buying experience, Chris was a great sales person. A few things had to be fixed on the car but they let me take the car home same day and arranged for me to come drop it off another day. When I did that, I received a great loaner car as well. . Service center is full of attentive individuals as well.”
“I had tires mounted and balanced at costco and then rebalanced 2 more times after that and still had a bad vibration. Matt assured me they would have the problem resolved. And he did exactly that. Said that whoever balanced the wheels had mounted the weights wrong and put too much weight on the rim. Took my truck on the highway and no more vibration. No Limit is now my goto.”

“I scheduled for an oil change and the morning I was dropping off the car, the radiator sprung a major leak. AutoWerkes evaluated the issue and replaced the radiator the following day. That is, fitting in the repair immediately into their workload. I purchased the BMW 335i from them in 2016 and they continue to be my sole source repair shop. Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable, committed to maintaining the car, and I enjoy working with them.”

“Went to them after a recommendation from Carmax and ran into Evan who stated they were super busy and I would have to make an appointment but came out to look at my car anyway, he tried his personal cord in my car and his phone and to my surprise it worked (the Apple CarPlay) (I tried 6 cords and 2 appointments at carmax and couldn’t get it to work) I said what kind of cord do I need he went into detail (keep in mind he was slammed busy) about charging cords and data cords and decided to give me his personal cord and told me to have a great day!!! He could have easily sold me a cord or m made me an appointment but decided to help me out!!! Loved my experience!!! Thanks Evan!!!”
