βMy driver's side door would not open fully. I took my car to Rathell and he took one look at the door and knew exactly what to do. He stepped back inside, reemerged with a tool that looked like a pancake spatula, and popped the door back into place. It took him less than 10 seconds to fix the issue and did it on the house. If I ever need body work, then I am definitely coming back to Rathell Motors Collision Repair. They are the kind of mechanics a girl needs!β

We decided to contact jerryβs to help us get a replacement vehicle from GM. Jerryβs was willing to help us out even though they did not sell us the defective car. Larry Sr. helped us order a replacement vehicle no questions asked. Larry was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. The car finally came in and Larry helped us close the deal with no problems whatsoever. βMy husband was rear ended and went through our insurance to get damage fixed but chose to go to our place of choice not one of the GEICO partnership locations. It was our first experience with Perry Hall Auto Body shop but we were very happy with the repair work and customer service. Think they even washed our car for us when it was done. Insurance paid for damage but pricing seemed fair. Car was ready when they said and was very convenient to where we live. Would use them again if needed.β

βI had a chip on my windshield I needed to fix before an inspection, service was quick, and the gentlemen at the front desk was so sweet and kept me updated on the whole process, I wish I got his name. You can barely see the chip anymore. Everyone was nice, quick service, would recommend. I was going through insurance but for some reason I think I selected I wanted an extra add on service during my appointment so I was going to have to pay $45. The man at the front desk caught it and told me I didnβt need it and took it off for me to made sure nothing came out of pocket, thank you Safelite!β

She went above and beyond to help me navigate a very unclear and frustrating situation with my insurance company.
