The whole experience was great, Joseph was very nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with all the questions I had, he made sure I was a happy customer leaving the store.

Both reps who assisted me were extremely friendly and willing to go into detail with me about my options for upgrade as well as assure me of their knowledge in regard to all of my questions. I am very satisfied with my service and very grateful for their professionalism. No need to improve
