“When I went to pay my bill at the whitewash location I was very disappointed that the machine was down. Received a call this morning from store manager, Matt and the way he spoke to me was somewhat disrespectful and I don’t. I don’t appreciate that so I will be taking my business to the Towson store for now on because I don’t appreciate the way he spoke with me he was saying things to me that was not true and I called and corrected him on that. The sales person Kelli is the one who helped me I had less than a minute wait to pay my bill but like I said, I upset about the way the manager called me this morning and spoke to me so I’ll be taking my business to the Towson store for now on”

“Its a great store. The staff is really customer oriented and will help you if you're in a tight situation. They're really nice people. All you need to do is ask them and they'll find you some sort of discount. This store is just as good as verizon was to me for customer service years and years ago with my first cell phone and home phone bundle. But Verizon got too expensive for me...although they had great customer service too. I haven't seen the equivalent until the last few years I've been with boost. The store on 25th and Charles street I'd the absolute best store with the best customer service you could ask for in a phone service provider. If you are with metro pcs or t mobile, switch to boost.You won't regret it. They'll even help you with your bill if you can't get the cash together one month..they'll let it go and you'll be a month behind but you gotta tell them before you're service is cut off or their hands are tied. Its still corporate. But this is a small town feeling of a store because they really care about the customers and their satisfaction.”

“Shout out to the Pennsylvania Avenue Boost Mobile team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A few weeks ago I came in about 20 minutes before closing.I usually try not to show up to places that late . Moe didn’t care about the time. I was greeted with a smile and quickly taken care of. She explained the details of the screen protector I purchased and even assisted with putting it on. That was helpful because i didn’t know how to get the cracked protector off safely in the first place.It’s a 50/50 finding good customer service near closing at times. The other young lady at the counter was also servicing someone with a smile and a wonder attitude.I most definitely felt like a valued customer.Highly recommend and I will be back.”
