Recently a fraudulent check purchase posted to my account. The Parkville Manager, Mr. Vize, and the bank's Fraud Division were great. My account was frozen and new account opened. Could not ask for better service.

Everytime i come in there is a line that doesnt move for over 5 mins. I wait 15+ mins. Always 3 to 4 employees only 2 people on duty and only one taking customers... The employees are nice but this service is too slow.
