I have been with this bank for many years. Never had any real issues with them. But I noticed that the past several times they have hugged up the phone or refused to pick up. Not a very good practice.

Convenient but the parking lot can be difficult to exit from into traffic on Harford road, especially if making a left turn towards Carney
