“I only didn't love it because of huge line . I stood for a full hour to pay but then it was close to Christmas so that was kind of expected. I love the prices and stuff they got . Nice people working there( just maybe not enuf of them)”

“I’d love to give a shout out to General Manager, Trisha Williams and the staff at the Pratt Street Marshalls.! Not only is this location the friendliest; it’s clean, welcoming and filled with amazing picks! Aside from that, I’ve got a little story that holds true to the genuineness of Trisha. My friends and I were visiting from MI last week and stopped in very close to their closing time. The staff was diligently preparing for the days end and the store was fairly busy. In a very short time, I had misplaced my purse. After looking ourselves, we told Trisha and she and her staff immediately added this search to their busy evening priorities. Needless to say, my panic had set in. She assured us they would continue looking and would call us with an outcome. Fifteen minutes later, my friend got her call, it was found. Upon returning, I was met with her warm, heartfelt smile and a huge hug. We saw/did many things on our Baltimore vacation but this encounter by far will stay in my heart.
The time that Trisha and her staff invested in this meant so much.
I hope that Marshall’s can recognize them and be proud of her their character. They truly represented themselves with integrity as well as, Marshalls.”

“I recently went into the H&M at White Marsh mall to exchange a pair of pants for my son. I had bought them in NC while visiting family, so I was not sure if my store would have them. While they did have the item, unfortunately it was not in the correct color or size needed. The sales associate was extremely helpful and even went out of her way to check the inventory that just came in. Turns out she was the store manager named Tianna. Even though they didn’t have the item there, she gave me suggestions on when to check back and even helped me look online. She went above and beyond to help me and was extremely kind throughout my time in the store. I really just wanted to give her a shoutout as customer service in so many stores nowadays is seriously lacking! Tianna, you deserve recognition for not only being great at your job, but for being a great person in general!”
“This store is located in a mini mall shopping area next door to Ulta, target and some restaurants. Anyways, this is actually the first five below that doesn't say
"welcome in". It's noticeable if you're an out of towner like me. Also, this location (not sure if it's a Baltimore thing) doesn't provide bags for free. If you require a bag, you have to pay for a paper one. This location also doesn't have self checkout and there's only 1 person behind the register who moves slowly, so the wait time can be rather long. Lastly, there's an on going message on the radio/loudspeaker that cautions against shoplifting rather than playing music. Lol it's just a different store.”
“Walmart in Baltimore County is much better and cleaner. Items in stock is well organized and easy to find and the employees are respectful and professional when doing their jobs. The only problem I have is whenever I apply for a job position here or the one on Washington Blvd, the HR department never view my applications. Be nice if I had a chance to be part of the company success but I guess it's not my time yet.. Other than that all is good. ?”
“There are 3 family dollars in my area. This is my preferred store. Always clean, well stocked and the associates are friendly with good customer service. The only thing is the company should work on fixing the air conditioning it’s pretty hot in there sometimes which makes it uncomfortable while trying to shop I don’t see how the associates tolerate it.”

“I have always liked JCPenney's My only complaint is they keep most of their shopping baskets at the checkout which is at the middle of the store. Being an elderly senior citizen it is nice to have them at the entrance because we depend on them to hold on to the mazooie walk. I am not the only one that has complained about that other friends I know have said the same thing. That does not stop me from going there but it would be nice and more accommodating if they kept their courts at the front doors no”

“Old school variety store. I go for the wide selection of paper goods and foil pans. They also sell school supplies, banquet & buffet serving pieces, cookware, cleaning supplies, and balloons.”
“you have an employee that cleans up the parking lot at night? Not the wonderful Rob but an overweight, white guy on more than one occasion late at night I've seen him carry out merchandise from the store and put it in his truck at around 12 midnight to 1 o'clock! Always ducking and weaving. He brings a lot of attention to himself as an idiot.”
“I have been a loyal customer at this Family Dollar for the past 12 years. Keisha the manager does a really good job keeping the entire store well stocked and clean. There's also always enough employees so there's never a huge line. The employees there are also very helpful and friendly they make you feel like family. I really appreciate all the hard work that Keisha and her staff do at the store and will continue to shop here now and in the future.”
“I love going to the dollar store and every Saturday they have $5 off your total as long as your total comes up to $25 you will get that $5 off and the coupon is at the bottom of your receipt”

Store is always organized and home goods , clothing and kids are always overflowing with items. I check here before I venture to other locations. Never had an issue with lines or people on this store”

“It was fairly decent but many items could be purchased cheaper elsewhere which kind of defeats the purpose of "dollar store" shopping. Had some good products on the clearance shelves so sort of made up for the items. Staff was friendly and helpful”

“John from Sears was an In-N-Out situation as a tech·ni·cian guy he made fixing my washer as easiest pie I cannot understand what he does but I appreciate how he do it I love that he took his time to make sure I was happy and things didn't turn out so bad as I thought it would he made sure things got taken care of in the right way he is one in a million John is somebody that you will want to have come to your house to fix your washer or dryer or any appliances in your house he will make sure he do everything and anything he can do to know what he does is appreciated and he wants you to know he loves what he do so John keep up the good work and again Happy Holidays.”
